Got caught outside of Goldshire fighting a wolf with Gormir Blackfist stumbled into the front abby of Goldshire I have no key and no way to exit please help will be in game for a bit please let me out

Aren't there holes in the walls that you can exit on either side of the building? Try checking that and, if you are still stuck use the !gm command in game to leave a note for a GM describing the problem.
