My friend needs help.

My friend who goes by the account name of "BeeversJustin" can't seem to log in with his account? Can somone please take a look? Any help would be great.

I have no clue what Triton is saying either, but hey, Triton is Triton.

Either way, common mistake I used to do is login using my account name. He has to use the character's name and account's password.

He should create a character first of all.

I think the problem was, he couldnt log in to create a charecter in the first place, and couldnt get in game, which he's been dieing to do.

He knows that to make a character you need to do it from the website?

Does he have cookies enabled?

Does he know his password? Is he getting any errors?

I think that your friend didn't read his e-mail, because his account isn't activated yet. Tell him to check his e-mail and if he isn't still able to create a character send me a PM.
