someone stole my name!!

Hello everyone, a few minutes ago i was creating a charecter and the name i wanted was taken, so out of intrests sake i took a look in the charecter data base expecting to find the charecter who was the names current owner and...(heres the twist) there wasnt one!! i couldnt fine any charecter with my name!! so i was wondering, why is it even after a charecter is deleated their name still shows up as "Taken" in charecter creation? and can this problem be fixed? (that is if if is even considered a problem) or am i just over reacting?

The char database shows only characters which are not inactive (inactive: 2 month without login)
