~Red light falls upon the holy lands and the temple of Zyathis as the sun sinks into the ocean while the shadows are growing longer.
The chirping of crickets and the smell of the fresh wind from the wide ocean fills the air.
A single lizard, dressed in a long priest-robe consisting of heavy white cloth over a finely made chain-mail which quietly jingles as he moves,
carrying an oversized glaive in his hands and two crossed doublesheats on his back, slowly approaches the scene.
From each weapon the lizard does carry hangs a long white ribbon, with prayers written in black on them,
slowly moving in the wind coming in from the sea.~
"...
Honor the Goddess by giving oneself,
honor the Goddess by being Her blade.
Ones soul,
ones body,
ones doings,
ones belongings.
All does belong to Her.
Faith, wisdom, discipline, strength.
Wisdom grows out of faith,
discipline grows out of wisdom,
strength does grow out of discipline.
Her eternal wisdom does lead the right path,
those leaving this path must be brought back.
For faith, for purity, for the Goddess.
..."
~Quietly he repeats one prayer after the other as he does walk, reaching the gatehouse to the holy lands after a while.
Seeing the collapsed lizard at the entrance he flips out his tongue several times, stopping his prayers, to take up the smells of the place.
Carefully the gaze of his yellow reptile-eyes shift over the place before he hurries to the lizard on the ground.~
"Sssch! Brozzer! Iss he wounded?"
~He does hiss as he turns around the one on the ground, placing his large weapon in reach of his hands at the side,
searching for wounds and trying to analyze the condition of the other lizard.
The two would be blocking the bridge to the gatehouse to the holy lands now.~
