A group of four has collected their thoughts and discussed the current state of Caelum. With its few remaining members and new hopefuls, they had discussed a plan to rebuild Caelum and create a burgeoning settlement for those who wish to join us. We have signed off with Mr. MacGintish's approval as us retaining a former member of Caelum.
The Province will remain vigilant over the land and tend to its citizens as well as the political climate of other towns. Our pockets are wide and investors have expressed interest in help to water the seed of a new town. Fear not Gobaith, the land rests in caring hands of men who have led before.
