For some reason it shows different language

Hi, im new. I only speak english so when i get on english is selected but when i log in and talk to an npc it speaks a different language, same when i examine something and stuff. Please tell me how to fix this problem.

Go into your account and change the option to English (you may have to use firefox to change it, it wouldn't change in IE for me)
