The Dwarf still stands to the side, but he smiles warmly and greets the fairy on the unknown man's shoulder, "And Greetin's to ye, as well." He then glances over to Misha and Ssarri, still quite amused by their antics. With a light chuckle, he continues to observe the lizardfolk, occasionaly glancing at the Human and Pixie He's never seen before.

From Bane there comes a young man, carrying a fishing rod over his shoulder, his brown hair falling into his today unshaved face.
Noticing the group of people standing and chattering, he leaves his path, to sneak around them unnoticed and avoid any talk. His eyes, grey like fog, are dark and sad, as he watches the group carefully while sneaking his way round.
Then he recognizes the fairy, and with fascination he stops to watch it in silence. The hawk far over his head starts to circle above him, leaving a small cry. It is too far away to guess its true size, but one can see it is absolutely black.
Alan Dowland does not seem to notice the hawk's cry, he can't take his eyes of the tiny creature and her colourful wings. A sad little smile appears on his face while watching, even forgetting to hope no one else saw him.

Misha sticks her long leathery tounge out at the man before trotting over to the other lizard, saying under her breathe as she goes Sorry Misha forgot that tree's are for monkeys. Casting the man a small glare of her own before lightening her expressionMisha won't hold it against you though...you are only human after all.
The lizard known as Sssari finally comes to his senses, fluttering his eyes open as he looks to Misha, "Hullo...Misha..." He looks around, having not heard the remarks from the human, he gives him a slight nod, his tongue slacked out to his side, before he climbs to his feet and brushes himself out, "Everyding alright nows?"

The tiny fairy bobs her little head in a serious nod to the man then looks to the dwarf and waves her tiny hand at him in greeting. Nestling tightly against the man's neck for safety, she looks then to the lizards and their antics.
Seeing a large, predatory bird in the sky the small fairy begins to tremble and slides down the front of the man's chest and lands on his belt, hunting for a good pocket.

The fairy finds a promising pocket on the man's belt and quickly tosses out all of the contents onto the ground before hopping inside and kicking around until she settles in comfortably.
Poking her tiny head and wings out of the pocket, she stretches out a tiny hand to the dwarf, looking very serious as if waiting for him to shake her hand too.

Valric chuckles and holds the pixies hand as delicately as he is able. and from his dexterous work with tiny gems and the like, he has developed some skill at holding small fragile objects. He shakes it up and down a few times, very cautiously. It's a pleasure to meet ye. He says as he lets go, hoping he didnt hurt the little one.

Alans heartbeat stopped for a moment as he heard his name, his breath becoming inaudible for a moment before everything went on to normal. Sighing a bit, he cursed himself for letting the hawk fly high above him. Whoever was there had recognized it.
Not coming out seemed rude to him. Yet coming out was one of the last things he felt like to do. Talking to others. Acting as if everything was fine and normal. As if he was happy and still a popular bard.
The inner fight took some time, while he stared at the group, now finally he had recognized Liam. His brother's comrade... A sympathetic guy, as it seemed.
Sighing once more, he drew his fingers through his hair, making sure it was almost tidy, and stepped out through the tree line, giving Shadow a calling whistle.
As the hawk landed, it drove its claws against his shoulder. Alan did not even recognize, he was too busy deciding what to say.
Everything that came to his mind sounded like nonesense to him, and so he chose a weak little, but not unfriendly
Greetings, Liam... everybody...
as he approached the group.

Misha, having long since curled up comfortably next to Sssari, doesn't seem to notice the intriguing man as he aproaches. Her tightly coiled frame content to stay just as is as she lets out a long loud yawn. Putting her many needle like teeth on display as he tounge worms it's way out the side of her maw lazily. Have you figured out anything about how this whole...marrage thing works yet dear? She hisses to Sssari.

The fairy takes the tip of the dwarf's finger in both her little hands, shaking it solemnly then looks up at the man from inside his pocket and blinks her wide little eyes, nodding very seriously. She then leans far out of the pocket, pulsing her delicate wings to keep herself situated, and waves a tiny hand in greeting to the new man.
Seeming more relaxed now that the lizards have settled down some and the predatory bird likely cannot see her any longer, the fairy begins a more methodical search of the man's pockets to see what interesting things he may be carrying.

The fairy lifts each item in turn from the man's pockets, starting with the copper coins which she lifts with both hands and examines one by one, tossing the dull ones out onto the ground and storing the shiny ones back in the pocket where she found them. She especially admires the gems, saving all of those in the same pocket with the shiny coins.
When she gets to the note, she draws it out of the pocket with both hands and rolls it up until it is a more manageable size for her little arms. Looking for a good place to spread it out, she finally settles on the ground a safe distance from the enormous, clumsy feet of the individuals gathered and shelters partly under a bush. Opening the letter to its full size and trying to puzzle out what it says, she traces a tiny, delicate foot under each word as she walks across the parchment scanning the foreign words.

As Liam asked his question, Alan turned slightley redder, but also shrugged and turned his head. It was obvious that he was a pathetic liar.
"No, I just... nevermind." He murmured something about Greenbriar and lutes, and then watched the activities of the tiny fairy, looking amused and interested at the same time. As she unrolled the letter in Albarian, he discretely looked away, and did not read it, but gave a weak smile to Liam as if he was trying to start a conversation, not knowing how.
"Where are you headed, anyway?" He simply asked then, just to say something.

Finishing with the letter, the fairy scratches a sprinkling of dirt onto the page with one of her tiny feet and stamps on it, fluttering her wings as she jumps up and down a few times.
Looking then to the new man on the scene, she brushes her tiny hands through her pink hair and over her colorful, shimmering wings as if trying to tidy her appearance before letting out a giggle and darting up toward the man's shoulder.

With a short lift of his hand, Alan has his hawk fly away, to make sure the bird can't harm the tiny creature who is headed for his shoulder.
With surprise, and with fascination, he watches how if lands, and draws his flute out of his belt, playing a joyful little melody only for the fairy. Still his expression is somehow sad, but in his eyes there is a glimpse of happiness.
While he is playing, he watches her reaction very closely, seemingly forgetting all the bystanders.

At once, Alan's attention goes to Liam, who leaves all of a sudden.
"Is everything alright, Liam? Do you want any of us to accompany you on your trip?"
Thoughtfully, his sad grey eyes lay on the man he knows so few about, as he tilts his head a bit and restores the flute at his belt.
Then he stands there, waiting...

Rukka, coming back from one of her training sessions at the graveyard - or atleast another place that could cover her in red bonechips and dust-, strolls upward past the river's spring toward the main road.
Shortly after getting on said road she squints her relatively bad eyes into the distance, spotting a familiar face and grunting grunting as she makes her way towards him somewhat angered.
"Oomie! Joo hair potion nub work!"
she uttered loudly once she was somewhat closer. She standing about twice her length away from him as her movements halted in await of his reply, grunting once more.
