I am pleased to announce that the Guards Tournament went well.
The winners are as follows:

1st place: Julius Rothman who had a choice of 40 silver or a Drow blade
2nd place: Altrix who earned 10 silver
3rd place: Colin Smalls

A thanks is given to Ogerawa for coming to the event.

Please congratulate Eli Travinus on having become a full Guard.

Taeryon has joined our ranks as a recruit, he is the Guards second mage.

The other day i was in your fine city and was attacked by a human he appears 1969**** .I was working at a carpenter bench when this happened I hope this was just a random incident and has nothing to do with the fine city of Troll's Bane . Thank You

Chances are the guard well be a BIT more interested in the dragon attacks that occurred then a simple robbery.

Crime Report

On the date of 19. Elos 24, an elf going by the name of Ancharin, and also using the name Markus, of appearance 9453****, attempted to murder a lizard by the name of Askook Walter. With the help of Askook, I found the elf, and escorted him to Trollsbane jail. Once at the jail, the elf attacked me. I left the elf in the jail, until I met a guard named Rorak. At this point he asked me, Askook, and Ancharin to tell him about the crime. During this, Ancharin attempted to escape to the workhouse, where upon myself and Rorak trapped him inside. After this we banned Ancharin from Trollsbane for one dwarven week. If you see this elf during this time period, please talk to a member of the guard.

I sighn Recruit Adovias words as true. The same Elf was seen in
the town soon afterwards and also tried to kill myself. ((he logged out))
Every armed person should neutralize that being on sight inside the town.

Unknown Elf 'Robber'

Hearing the call for a Guard I left my dealing in the tavern and followed a man and woman to the jail doors. A man named Nerestro had by the use of force knocked out and where upon William by use of magic walled in the robber.

He was dragged into the jail where in old tongue Nerestro did what he needed to gain information. The still unconscious, wounded and unnamed robber was carried to the cell and locked in for the night for further evidence to be gathered.

Being the last to leave the cell, the elf gave a whisp of a sigh and stopped breathing. I went for help, William used all manner of magic to heal and revive the Elf but to no avail. He had died of his wounds and blood loss.

At present the elf is still unknown but from what I understand was recently let free from the grey rose cast jails. The body is coverd in the cells for identifying as evidence is being gathered.

Wanted!

A tall Lizard, only one eye left, black trousers black robe is wanted for robbery. The lizard robbed three people. ((16....)). He attached with 2 daggers, probably poisoned.
The lizard has to be jailed.

Crime report

After she threatened me with death, I had to ban the mage Pellandria from our town Trolls Bane yesterday.
At first she refused to leave. But after a short conversation she left the town.
The ban was limited for yesterday. So she may enter the town again, as long she behaves and respects our laws.
I want all guards to keep their eyes open.

Next I want to thank the mage Kadiya for her help to find a peacefull solution as well as the recruits and all the persons supporting the guard.
I will keep that in mind.

I am to report the actions of Pellandria.

She has been atop the roof of the Market summoning beasts such as: flies, mummies, bees, and ogres.

She has caused the casualties of a dwarf and possibly more people.

She has also been summoning a large cloud of poisen gas near the well.

Also, she has been shooting random bursts of magic at people while atop the roof of the Market.

She is to be charged with any or all of the following: Disturbance, Assualt, Disobedience, Threat and Duress, and Attempted Murder.

I ask that all witnesses come for and tell of her actions, especially those who were injured for her actions.

I'd also like to point out that Pellandria stole a gold coin recently and threatened myself and the lives of others within the shop. Hopefully, you can add this crime to her already long list of foul doings.

Julius you might get your "facts" straight, you wanted a threatment for your wounds, after your friend "Drathe" wounded you in what seemed to be a training fight, I told you that I will do such treatmeant, if you pay me one gold coin, after you paid such you suddendly wanted it back on which I first refused, as you then started to unsheat you sword I trapped you between two walls.

After a discussion, were you several time treat me with death or a visit of one of your ~mages~ I dispelled the walls, even trougth your live is not worthy that coin, I spared your life then, remind you as you were trapped a simply fireflame was enough to burn you were you stood, but I showed mercy and now you are accusing me of stealing a coin, which I gave back allready, but I suppose the madness of the rothmans runs deep in your veins, not to forget thatsplitted tongue, which spilled enough lies allready.

You might aswell ask Eliza and Raviel, which could watch and hear about the whole scene.
The Humans Faladron and Drathe were around aswell, but as it seem those are befriendet with Julius they would rather speak up for him, than speaking the truth.

You know what you wrote was untrue, Pella. Also, Raviel seems to be a *close* friend herself and I'm pretty sure you gave Eliza a good licking as well. To say that you didn't cause the havoc in town today because you can't cast the required spells is completely irrelevant to the situation. You could have easily brought along a accomplice knowing that you could say it wasn't you because you cannot cast such spells.

Or it could be some one is mistaken in the identity of Pella. How about a description of her, and then the one person that was seen? That ought to clear things up rather quickly. Also now that it could be some one using magic to look like Pellandrea.

I would like to report that someone had started four campfires just outside of the East Gate to Troll's Bane, risking to set the gate on fire and also preventing people to enter or leave Troll's Bane through the East Gate.

Also, most of what Jonathan Cain said was true. My reason for leaving was not to avoid "Dain" or whatever he is called, rather, it was to gain more information. He claimed that he did not have to follow the orders of a guard (recruit). That wasn't true, he needs to follow the orders of a guard (recruit).

Finally someone agrees with me that I wasn't hallucinating or something.So thank you Keunthus for confirming this incident. also I did not mean that we were fleeing for I set out to find sir Julius to tell him what his member of the High Council of Kallahorn had done. Also I was just a few yards away in Eliza's shop incase I heard something for if the knight attacked anyone I could rush over and arrest him or something.
