Junk cleaners... deleted illa?

I was using www.ccleaner.com to clean my PC off all the junk, and well, i tried opening illarion after that, and now it seems I have to do the 33MB update again... (Yay! 4 hours to wait..) Are the illarion files considered 'junk' by such programs?

Ohh right.. the once-in-a-year signature! I forgot about that.. but Nop said it was till monday, we're only sunday..?
