A strange problem

When i logg in i have no music....
And when i logg out again it freezes/restarts or glitches

It used to work completly fine

It seems that this is not the problem.........

It only does the following things with my character Ezorock and works fine with my other character:

With Ezorock:

I have no music ( music is turned on )
I do have sound effects
When i logg out i get an error message that restarts my computer

if he was not approved he couldn't login at all

Yes i was aproved and it works fine on my other char.....

yes and then i installed my back up char files in place of the others.......

I am haveing a big big problem.......well i have been approved with my main char because i have played him but now all of a sudden when i try to log in it is only a black screen......and when i look to see who is online my cew char is online just standing there doing nothing.......can anyone help?

If you see a char of yours in the online list then this most likely means that the server is down.
