How do i sell things

I've got my head around buying things, and asking for what people sell, but i can't seem to sell things with the phrase: can i sell.

Help would be appreciated.

Just add the words " sell " and the name of the item you'd like to sell to the CORRECT NPC. Or else he'll tell you something like " i do not buy this item " or something like that.
So basicly:

I'd like to sell a leather bag.
see? it has " sell " and " leather bag "
Or

George bush's pubes topped pizza sell with mentos coke effect leather bag.

Both would work.

just type 'help' standing infront of the npc and he'll explain you

Are you sure the NPC you speak to has fish in his buy list?

That npc is bugged, he doesn't buy fish
