Vegetables

Post by swish1 »

Okay, I have been noticing not a lot of people give importance IG to Vegetables. And, vegetables raise food very tiny making it even less popular. Can, we make it so that vegetables raise health by a little?

Yes, you actually have to buy, or make your food. You can't get full from mushrooms.

Not really, its more that there is a chance you can get sick from raw foods, and no chance from cooked.

I'll rephrase, anything cooked with the cooking skill will not poison you.

Sorry swish, but shouldn't this be on the newbie board? And vegetables are very valuable to cooks
