It was posted in this forums a long time ago and used by many of the old lizards.
So here it is again:

In Illarion, many races have longed to have their own learnable language. After many hours of extensive studying in the major library, a lizard simply known as “X”, with the help of a few scholars, made a language for all of lizardkind to use. The name for this language is called Haslus.
I – Meaning and Structure
Haslus is an SOV (subject, object, verb) language that uses the subject, object, then verb in order. For example:
English: I eat fish.
Haslus: I fish eat.
This may seem odd to some, but it isn’t very difficult. Just remember: SOV. This must go IN ORDER.
As most know, many lizards drag their ‘s’ sounds. The idea from “X” is to use these ‘s’ sounds to advantage, creating meaning based on how long it’s dragged. ‘S’ is said first to indicate the subject, ‘s’ is said to indicate the object, and ‘s’ is said to indicate the verb. To separate the subject, object, and verb, one must use the following to do so:
Subject Object Verb
s s s
For example: ss[fish]s[eats]
For some of you thinking ‘I probably shouldn’t speak this because it’s difficult to say,’ you must remember; practice must always come with something new. Rome wasn’t built in a day, after all.
Xerake wrote:II – Advanced Structure and Conjunctions
Like other languages, longer elaborations on structure and conjunction is a necessity for understanding. One of these conjunctions include ‘and.’ In Haslus, the letter ‘t’ means ‘and.’ In English, you would say “I think garbage is bad, stinky, and smelly.” You would say in Haslus “I garbage bad and stinky and smelly think.” Therefore:
Ex: ss[garbage]s[bad]t[stinky]t[smelly]s[think]
IMPORTANT: On a later note, descriptions come after the object like in English.
And the letter ‘y’ means ‘or.’
Ex: ss[garbage]s[bad]y[stinky]t[smelly]s[think]
In English, this is translated as: I think garbage is bad or stinky and smelly.
Now let’s try a tough example:
Bob and Jill are always thinking how happy or content the idiot really is.
Ex: s[Bob]t[Jill]s[idiot]s[happy]y[content]s[think]t[always]
or:
I ran far into the field.
Ex: ss[field]s[far+into]s[ran]
To ask a question, you simply add a ‘q’ at the end of each sentence to show that it’s a question.
If you haven’t noticed already, lizards NEVER use punctuation while they talk. However, spaces are optional between SOV separations (s s[field]) although I personally don’t. This means no periods, question marks, capitalization, etc.

This is a very, VERY limited number of vocabulary words. This list will be updated at various times by “X.”
Remember, that this is a world above water. This means that vocabulary terms that are not currently listed are simply what they are in English. If introducing a name, you may capitalize the first letter. But that is the only exception.
For example: The bucket is mine, and has no water.
Ex: smetaphuisbucketyhilunik
Basically, any word that isn’t currently listed, you can use it as English/German.
Example: I am Bob.
Ex: svernasBob.
(Yes, objects also = nouns)
