"You were here weren't you?" Boremier says aloud

He then enters the Inn, looking around with a stern serious look. To begin with there was nothing of any importance within the Inn, he tried each door but alas they were all locked.

"He can no longer be here" He thought to himself

However in a split second somehting caught his eye, a strangely shaded blue goblet lay upon a table, the make and shape seemed somewhat out of place to him.

As he picked up the cup, there was a fine engravement along it. Boremier read it as showing: "GyB"

Clenching the goblet he walks outside, seeming to him that the goblet is all he would find.

However he was mistaken, because nearby were more footprints. It would be blind luck that he found them.

Boremier hung his head in dissapointment when the footprints stared him in the face, still holding the goblet he hurried along until he came to the market place.

The Traveler puts his plan in gear...

The figure's swipe goes across the Traveler's throat. As he watches, blood begins to seep through the gash in his neck, and begins to spit out. He grinned, the sheer thrill of killing made him happy, it made him feel whole.
Sick as it was, he didn't care... He believed his purpose was to rid the isle of its populous.. And he was good at it.. Real good. He had cunning, wit, and speed.

He lay the body upon the ground and grinned, he knelt down low. He drew his dagger once more, and planted it in the right hand of the Traveler; already clothed in the Traveler's clothing, and the Traveler in his.
He grinned, and ran towards the exit of the woods, going to throw off investigators, or disappear into town...

(OOC: This is NOT the end... Stay tuned. )

The Traveler is long gone...

Coming out of the forest, he spots a man on his way into town and quickly dashes to the other end of Troll'sbane, never hearing the cries of the man within the forest, though evident, he should've stayed a bit longer...

As Boremier reaches the market place he stops again

"Yet more tracks!?" He says to himself

"Where are you going?"

Boremier continues to follow the tracks as he edges closer and closer towards the dense and vast forest outside the town walls.

Looking around Boremier unstraps his shield from his back, and places his hand on the top of his sword. He then begins to wade through the vast forest.

As the forest becomes darker, Boremier can hear someone calling a name. As he continues something snags his foot. As he peers down into the darkness a body can be seen, the throat cut and a dagger, clutched by the right hand of the newly found corpse.

He bends down beside it.

He looks over the body, the cut at the throat is accurate and professional.

"Hmmm.....was this a suicide? Or has someone beaten me to the killer?" Boremier asks himself.

However if someone had indeed slain the killer, they would have undoubtedly stepped forward, since some fame would have come from it.

"I am not satisfied" Mutters Boremier

Looking down at the body, he makes a decision. He then lifts the corpse and throws it over his shoulder, to return to the town.

Upon returning most of the townspeople believed that either Boremier or some other 'hero' had slain the murderer and therefore they felt safe.

There was much commotion surrounding the 'end' of the killer. However Boremier was not so gullible, and after a short time everyone foolishly went about their daily routines believing the ordeal was over.

A few hours pass, Boremier is seen sitting within Eliza's shop looking at the various people going about their business.

"I cannot believe how easily the townspeople have been fooled." He mumurs to himself

However there are others which have the same views and feelings as Boremier within the small town. Although like Boremier they do not speak of the matter.

Boremier sighs deeply and exits the shop, once outside he looks around the seemingly 'peaceful' town.

"These are dark times....."
