I don't know if this is known or not, but the new ladder added in the mummies cave entrance doesn't work, you just walk over it.

Yeah, sure - and I want to be a test subject! But what's the deal when there is a new ladder etc. I can't use/test

It has been tested, and reportet as not working.
Thats what you are supposed to do when you stumble across anything not working thing.
Afterwards you are mainly done with this encounter.
