After the semi-glorious return of the Chancellor, me and my followers have claimed the following spot in southeastern Trollsbane as our own:

A part of a map is laid out.

From the two roads, to the two sides of the wall, with Dereks blessing of course, unless he backs out, but it will happen nonetheless. Any questions on this policy should be directed at me at my desk, or if it is removed or vandalized further, then under the large tree in front of the shop.

All are welcome, and much rejoicing will occur.

Good going, "Lord" Derek. Now that you're giving away ample land, I'll place my claim on the tavern. You really are a worthy Overseer afterall. Of course, soon you'll be overseeing very little.

The following decrees have been made:

-Traps are allowed.
-Littering by dwarf entertainers is not welcome.
-Vandalizing the tree and or throne is frowned upon.

I am happy to see that Fooser will keep his land. It is his and if you look at his citizen list it far outwieghs the dozen (if that) citizens on Trolls Bane list. I am happy to support the Emperor of this island with his plot of land promised him by the Lord of Trolls Bane.
