um, would the map updates have something to do with the server freezing for people but others can still play?

Due the problems with a char causing the log to raise more and more in mb (the last amount were 300 mb, that is HUGE), the server lags...lags like hell. It can't handle those huge log so it lags like this. But the server can't be shut down and restarted through a gm, or dev-member. They already tried it. It needs Shivocs help. Just he can restart the server now.

As long as shivoc finds no time to restart the server and solve the problem with the char causing those huge log the game won't be back.

So this could took much more hours. maybe even days. depents on how soon shivoc finds time.

Or instead, you know... this isn't the off topic forum and you could cut the spam. Because as it is its it'll be locked because of all the spam and then were would you be? One post spurting off the topic about your boredom was more than enough, this isn't your personal boredom thread. Shivoc needs to do his thing, maybe he's already been doing it and it's harder than we all thought. You don't know. So take the spam somewhere else, like an instant messaging service or private message box. The server is down. We all get it.
