Person on tavern roof:
I will pay 4.5 coins for a cooking spoon [!!!]
I will pay 3 coins for a plate. too much... the plate is the most simple carpentered item; and mugush used to buy axe handles which are harder at 1 coin each

You have to consider, that NPC no longer own unlimited money.
There are chances that you meet an NPC that has run out of money for a cycle.
He will "restock" himself after some time.
Also, item-prices are calculated on the amount of similar items that the NPC owns at this moment.
Thats why, when the NPC is low on a specific item, he is willing to pay a bit more of them.
there's an human npc in trolls bane who said that he doesn't buy ham when you want to sell it, but you can see the list thet he buys it, when you ask him what he buys, that's really strange, i also lost money from the halfling npc when i tried to buy grain but i didn't get the grain.
I know he isn't new but I had a problem with Floro this morning. I asked to sell my flamegoblet blossoms and he took them and gave me no coins. He didn't even say thank you. >.<
