New NPC

I implemented a new NPC, you can find him in the Inn in TB.
He sells something which might be very useful when it comes to traveling around the island.

Also, if you ask to buy a journey to Troll's Bane, this does not work. You must ask him.

"I would like to buy a journey to Trollsbane."

Other than that, it's great to see this NPC on the realserver.
