hello , im thinking of joining illarion , but since i use primarily linux , i was wondering if someone has tried and can tell if it runs correctly with wine or will i have too much trouble with it (im a hopless n00b , so that means , is it easy?)
im planning on becoming a dwarf blacksmith , can anyone give me any hints on that? for what i've been reading i'll have to find out most of thing in game , but some quick tips would be nice
thanks in advance

I didn't understand your question but I'll try to answer it.
Up to this point there is no version of Illarion for Linux but only for Windows.
So if you have both you can just switch to Windows and play Illarion if not you have to wait until the new client is finished because if I remember right there will be a version for Linux too.
Hope that was you question.
It's totally ok to be a dwarven blacksmith, look for a teacher if you get in game. He'll teach you everthing you need.

thank you, that sort of answers my question
what i meant was if the game would run ok if i use it through wine , from linux (wine is a program to run win programs from linux , in case you dint know)
i do have windows , but i try to use it only when necesary , so i will probably not play if the game doesnt work with wine
thanks again

This topic basically explains that Illarion will not work with the Windows emulator Wine. It's in German however, so it's best to makea translation.
