Ok, It's been over a week, and I have not recieved an email concerning my accounts status. I am certain that I did everything correct, but still, I haven't recieved an email. Question: Is the name 'Patori' unacceptable?

Then you should use Hassen Sie mich? because you can be translated as du and Sie. Sie is written in high case if you use it as you.
German is a hard language.
