The Farmer's Union land Has been built!
We need to conduct three feasts.
We will need a priest, or priestess for each, so if you are, please let us know!!
- A feast to please Tanora (Zelphia), godess of water, to thank her for allowing the making of new land in a place where sea was (so she won't take it back).
- A feast for Oldra, that she blesses the new farmland, so it becomes fertile and grows things.
- A feast for Adron. With a lot of wine, of course. This will be the "party" feast, for celebration purpose. Don't forget to spread wine on the land, so those living from it may never suffer starvation.
These are the three feasts we will be having. The dates will come as soon as we get the priests and priestesses.

A large note is pinned up to the town wall.
Note to all citizens! We, the Farmer's Union, hereby claim our land, out of bounds until further notice. If anyone is caught on our land, you will be tried under our jurisdiction. Also, we will have guards during the planting times of the day, and they are not to be taken lightly.
Our land, that we worked for, is strictly for Members of the Farmer's Union ONLY!
Thanks,
Nilo and the Farmer's union.

Indeed it was not ever part of Trollsbane. Zelphia, so kind and gracious as she was, allowed us to use her sea to build on.
Shukk, you have no right on our land. We abide by our own rules.
Of course, we wont go waging war with the town; we are in fact a peaceful guild. We will try to keep the peace at all costs; However, when rules are broken, there are always consequences.

What happens when other not of the Union use the land and we have no space to farm. Are we to make a living by watchings others grow their crops on our land? I may have just joined this guild but I do feel quite at home in it and I intend to begin a new happier life here with the Union. Shukk, there is land elsewhere for non-union members to use and I agree with Nilo that they must ask and recieve permission first.
Greetings Farmers!
Your land is not part of Trollsbane? - Sure it is! A Part of your land was a part of the public garden. The entrance to your land is Trolls Bane. Therefor, yopur land is a part of Trolls Bane too!
It is not a question about private land - sure, it is your. You are the owner, you have all rights about your land. But your land is a part of Trolls Bane!
If it would not be so... Maybe we have to think about a new town wall against your farmland
Something other....
I see many people, who plant their grain on your land. Sure, you can prohibit illegal farming on your land... But you are the only one, who have bigger areas for farming. What i want ato say is, it would be great, if you think about the selling of licenses, to get the right to farm on your land...

Greetings dear and blessed Farmers,
I have to admit, that the land, you are owning, is part of the town Troll's Bane. Nethertheless, you have build your house their, you have build the farm lands and payed for it (I assume). The same as other people and guilds within have done for their ownings like the Silverstarmerchands for their shop, Fieps for the seahorse or the Greys for the library and their castle.
I suggest to you, that you give your contract about your land under the control of Lyrenzia. Lyrenzia watches over many other contracts and agreements, written down on their scrolls.
So it is officially known and respected by many guilds and the town guard will watch over your lands as over the others within Troll's Bane.
Furthermore you can enforce trials at Lyrenzia for not respecting the principal of onwnership.
With kind regards,
Aragon ben Galwan
Earl and Templar of the Grey Rose
Priest of Malachin

Dear Lennier,
after surveying the land a bit more, you are correct. However, the farms are not part of trollsbane, but only part of the building.
We did build it, work for it, and buy it of course, so we do not expect others to be on it.
We indeed are voting on selling permits, but there is quite a bit of things to work out. This wil be availiable soon... we hope.
We are voting to join (or ask to join) lyrenzia. However there are a few things about that. If we were to Join, we would need to follow the rules of lyrenzia, no? So if we are on our land, would that mean we couldnt fight, cast magic, or any of that?

The handwritting below is a bit hard to read.
Dear Farmers,
I, Alakdal Oakenshade, want to join your guild.
Why?
1. Because I have just started my profession of being a baker and to be a baker you must farm.
2. Because I am fairly new to this isle and want to be a part of a group.
3. I talked to Avrillon, one of your members, and he made it sound like fun.
To give more information about myself, I am an old man. A friend and me thought that the best job for myself was to be a baker, so I am becoming one. I am not very strong, my back can get a little weak sometimes, but I will still farm grain. I farm only grain, I have no use for cabbage, unless you want me to plant cabbage, then I will do it for the guild. I plan to start a baking business where I will sell baked goods and drinks somewhere, a place such as the tavern, and I will donate some of the funds to the guild.
I hope to join this guild. If I am not accepted, I will just have to start my business without help or guidance, but I would really like to join this guild of yours.
I will check back every few days to see if my ''application'' was accepted or not. You could also send me a dove, whichever is easier.
Thank you for your time and please consider my request.
Signed,
"Alakdal Oakenshade"

We are planning a feast for Tanora (Zelphia), Goddess of Water, to honor and thank her for allowing us to use the land upon which our farms are now built. Since Nilo is currently not well, I have been appointed to prepare this next feast. We will need a proper priest, as well as food and other things. Once we have a priest, we shall set the dates. If you have any questions, send me a dove.

To the Farmer's Union,
Hello. My name is Vincent Xavier Nova and I am new to these lands. After spending a few days here, I have grown an interest in farming and have begun doing so. After looking over the town wall, I found this post and very much so would like to join. I also talked to Arcia, one of your members, and he encouraged me to join. Please send me a dove giving any instructions on what to do.

Friends, members, and family,
The grain that has replanted itself in honor of the goddess, Oldra, has been cut down today! Not in a ceremony, and not with any regard toward olrda!
It was cut down by none other than the evil human, Kasume!
As i was distracted in business, he slipped in, cut it down, and ran away. I saw him do it, however, I could not go after him as it was very important business.
How dare he cut down the sacred grain! Oooh! I hope Olrda curses him, I do!
Also, as a note. Kasume is not allowed on our land, for any reason whatsoever. He has been banned from ever setting foot on our land. The guards of our land have permission to kill him on site for such trechery.
