Problems with name

When I tried to add a character to my existing account, I got the following message.

Please consider using appropriate capital and lower case letters! (Dónal Mason) ( I've gotten permission from the player of Brendan Mason to use that name )

I thought that it was the ó that was the problem, so I decided to try it with an o instead of the ó. It went through. The character created in the client was spelled Dónal Mason, but will it come out as Dónal or Donal in the end?

I afraid that you have to make create a character with the client as
Donal Mason.
Then make the add char request.

Wouldn't it come out as Donal Mason? Because that is not the character's name. The character's name is Dónal Mason.

I tried making Donal mason in the client, but it came up as already being used.

I do have an accepted account at that E-mail address. If needed, I can provide the password for my character at that address. Perhaps you made a mistake. I am sure I have an account at that address, because I remember getting the acceptance E-mail at that address.

Sorry to sound impatient, but it's been over two weeks now, and Dónal still has not been accepted. I really would like to be able to play as him soon, because there is something interesting I wish to participate in soon. Thank you for your time.
