Is it techiniaclly possible to learn runes ingame yet? I will find out how ig but I don't want to search aimlessly for nothing.

Runes have been made impossible to obtain and is a secret. There that is better.

Frankly, the people that are current mages are the lucky son of a guns that got off the easy way. I will tell this much, it's going to cost you a lot to get the runes.

Ok sorry, the GMs keep changing the way you do magic so it's hard to tell what to do sometimes. One day it's this, the next it's this.

It's not impossible to be a mage, just very expensive and thinking. Once you learn the runes, then you have to spend time getting better at the 16 or some time runes.
