what do you think about the Npc orcs and elves did orc #me raises his beheader

or elf #me raises his dagger or bow

And my other idea what if you could try to jump across the river if you failed you would loose half life.

And also if you build a campfire and you stand in the middle of it wouldnt you get hurt? right now it doesnt make sense you stand in the middle of it and it doesnt affect you at all

Yes but then we would have people tossing others into campfires and denying it.

That would be good!
Somebody who plays an Assassin could play good RP with this Fire-Damage thing!
And sure, it could be missused, but what about it, if it only takes a little bit of your hp?

Isn't there only two npc's in town? And there are six races, so naturally there's only a couple of races that are npc's right now, human and lizards. When they get more npc's i'm sure you'll see elves and dwarfs ect.

The fire idea i like very much. Magical flames hurt, real flames should as well.

The river one i think wouldn't really work to well as you can't go into water yet so if you fall into a shallow river you don't exactly lose half your life or anything.
