Unsure if it was an oversight. But notes written on parchment and such can be seen if they are in your belt slots, using the look at function on people. However, Alchemy recipes do not, but they do show the recipe written on them. Such as "recipe for: small explosive" etc. Dont know if it was intended, and I guess that the notes and such written on them is tied to their description, leading to the issue. Its avoidable, just keep the notes in bags. But still worth a mention.

Some level 100 armour pieces had colour changed to make sets more aesthetic.
Magic gems found during gathering are now randomised instead of linked to the action.
You can write on parchments and open pells. The text can be signed.
Trees can be planted again. Use a bucket of water while standing in front of a cherry, apple or fir sprout. The planted trees give just some fruits and one piece wood, though.
Diamond golems have now an aura that cancels out the effect of magic gems in weapons and armours.
These things + silk in particular make me so happy as a player. This update is a great mix of quality-of-life improvements and new features!

I love the descriptions. Good to have this feature back. But I think seeing the attributes is a bit too much.

Well with the attributes, it seems they are only the MAXED attributes. So it would make sense. If you character has max strength, youre visibly strong as well, so a Strong and nimble elf, gives you just that much more of a description. I like it a lot. :3 I just think that the notes and pells and what not, shouldnt be readable by others. :p

Well okay, strength is one point, but seeing somebody intelligent or deftly? :D

Another point: My char only wears "brandnew" clothers, but the mirror says "slightly worn"???

/E: Found the mistake. Missing clothing-pieces seems to be rated as torn clothers.

Achtung: Die magischen Edelsteine sind verloren wenn der aufgewertete Gegenstand an einen NPC verkauft wird.

Da man jetzt auch Werkzeuge mit Steinen versehen kann. Wünsche ich mir da DRINGEND eine Sicherung. Das Händler Gegenstände mit Gems NICHT MEHR kaufen.

Ein unachtsamer Doppelklick geht da viel zu schnell mal daneben.
Das hatte ich leider vor kurzem ....

Das die Look at Funktion wieder da ist find ich klasse.

Ein Bug hat sich bei den Pergamenten eingeschlichen bei mir wird bei zwei unterschiedlichen Chars (also Wiederholbar) bei Alchemierezepten und leeren Pergamenten die "Liste der magischen Bücher" angezeigt.

We are aware about the problem with the items that got gems and the traders. How ever currently there is no solution, due to a specific bug in the server. Currently it is not know when it will be possible to fix this issue. Up until this point you just have to be careful as to where you click.

Das Problem mit den Gegenständen mit Edelsteinen und den Händern ist bekannt. Allerdings gibt es dafür aktuell keine Lösung. Das liegt an einem bestimmten Fehler im Server. Es ist aktuell nicht bekannt wann es möglich sein wird diesen Fehler zu korrigieren. Bis sich das ändert muss man einfach vorsichtig sein wo man hinklickt.

Very, very cool update! Much appreciated :D

P.S I am seeing "women" instead of "woman" when examining a female... Not a big issue I know but thought I'd mention it anyway.

There is a bug with parchments that is being worked on, we will do a hot-fix as soon as this is resolved sorry for any inconvenience. Your potion recipes will still work you just can't see their labels till this is resolved.

Ooof, this makes me realize I only ever tested this system with male characters.

Banduk picked up a lot of slack for me on this and really ran with it, I've asked him to look through feedback here and see what improvements he wants to do while he has time. Those kinds of changes won't go in until the next update though, only real "broken stuff" should be seen fixed in the near term.

I feel that my satisfaction bears repeating: The recent updates have been really kickass, you guys. I'm impressed and touched to see the game's mechanics dip down, pick up, shake about and smooth out like this in the time that I've spent with the game. Anything that makes more creative RP possible is BUENO.

Awesome update. I'm really digging the balancing done, maybe even more than the new features.
But being a big lizard fan, I of course have something to complain.

Sidenote to the new balance of races:
  • Orcs take the "op" warrior race position from dwarves, which is fine. In general the attribute limit distribution does now better fit the description of the races.
  • ... with an exception: Lizards. They now now have average limits for strength and constitution... with following lore-text:
    Their anatomy is astonishing : they seem to be reptiles, but instead of being cold–blooded, their body can somehow change between being cold–blood and warm–blood state. This flexibility, in addition with their tough, greenish or brownish lizard skin, their strong teeth and muscles, has allowed them to dwell in different places.

Eine schnelle Spitzhacke und ohne Angst das sie kaputtgeht und dann die Steine weg sind.

So macht der Bergbau Spaß!!!!

((Habs auch mit ner ollen Hacke und nur einem latenten Stein drin getestet, ES FUNKTIONIERT!!!))

Das man jetzt magische Steine und Elemente zufällig findet egal was man schürft oder sammelt
finde ich klasse.

What happens if your character has a higher than the new max for the races. IE an elf with 18/19 str. whatever it was. Are we forced to bring it back down, or does it by default act like max, or does it by default keep its number value.

Mir sind zwei Fehler bei der neuen "Look at" Funktion aufgefallen.

1. Bei Gegenständen mit Spezialnamen (Beispielsweise mit GM Tool erzeugt)
erscheint nicht die individuell vergebene Bezeichnung sondern die Standardbezeichnung.
(Beispiele: Errols Zahn (Partisane des Lichtes), Weihwasser (Milchflasche *g*)

2. Bei der Ermittlung der Kleidungsgüte (nobel- adelig etc.)
werden leere Hände als Minderung der Güte mitgerechnet.
Meiner Meinung nach sollten leere Slots aus der
Durchschnittsberechnung grundsätzlich ausgenommen werden.
Die Hände aber auf jeden Fall.
