we have a small issue in the game that causes high level weapons to do less damage than expected. A fix is already implemented and will be released with an update asap.

Pretty much the same for me, but after some tries you get the quality you want.
For me about 1perfect and 1 excelent in 10 tries.

The potion does not help, as described somewhere else.

I always said it's boring when each item is crafted in perfect quality, what's the matter with reaching the best result takes some tries?

I'm happy that my char cannot make now items on his level 'cause they need master gemcutter. Weapons and armors should be most expensive with not huge profit. I agree with Katharina.

Hello,

Somehow the double klick for mining on a rock does not work any more.
I can mine a rock only by klicking the pick.


And of very little importance: the message for mugs lying around when mining is cut of in the german version:
Zwerge scheinen alten Krügen ... ....Auch hier liegt einfach einer heru______

Thomas Weste in Runewick gives you a crucible and tells you to get wax at the Chandler's table.
Wax: To get wax, you need to process honey combs at a press.
At the press it says you need a collection pan which you then need to buy for 20 silver (which is quite a lot if you don't have much coin). I am still looking for a candle holder to hold candles.



Also, a tailor can't make leather bags now?

I did a quick test in game to see if it was possible to make bags as a tailor and you can.

I do not know the skill level needed for it but it is under: other then leather bag it takes 2 thread 2 leather.

Good to know, thanks for checking. The skill requirement for them must have been raised which is fine with me though my depot is looking fairly messy.

Hallo,

das Diamantpulver herstellen erst bei 100 zu gehen scheint (soweit ich beurteilen kann) ist schon ziemlich hart.

Und wenn ich es richtig sehe lernt man ab 90 auch nur noch durch Smaragdpulver und Topaspulver ...

I consider that tools are too cheap (but profit is okay). They should be most crafted items by smiths/carpenters. I would remove repairing the tools and change their durability to lower.

And 20 silver coins is funny sum and easy to get.

EDIT: Average char can earn such a sum in about 10 minutes and there are free tools from quests.

Twenty silver may be easy to get but much needed if a new player barely has enough to get the things needed. Lots of the quests don't give you the things needed to complete them either.

Example: The light the lantern quest only gives you one lamp oil and won't accept one lamp lit as quest completion. So far my newly made character didn't have the coin to buy/make another. Yewdale requires 10 tomato on the second quest but doesn't give tomato seeds nor the tool to pick the tomatoes once grown and my character didn't have the money to buy either. Being an older player I knew how to make a little coin here and there and managed yet twenty silver can be a lot while hunting what things to do and how to make coin for newer players.

if a player playing the game for the first time is on a time limit, it would be also difficult to roleplay even if the opportunity was there if too busy getting coin. How many new players do we know never even try to roleplay at first?

As a synopsis THE update is great! Now to adjust the NPC's to fit :)

For Runewick: The candle making NPC Thomas Weste should give a pan rather then a crucible, the lantern quest at the first dungeon (sorry I don't know the name of the NPC) needs to be adjusted to give two lamp oil or accept one lantern lit. The quest at the Yewdale farms needs to give the seeds and tools to grow tomato, the library quest shouldn't expect a new player to be able to get to Raban's grove. The fishing quest shows you how to use thread to fix a fishing rod.. do they even break anymore, if so most seem to just buy another.

I'll be happy to attempt to make a more detailed synopsis (and get the NPC's for these if needed). I can make a new character to test each town if desired also.

* SORRY, i only asking Jacobus (Cadomyr) - he was selling uncutted gems before the update / habe nur Jacobus (Cadomyr) gefragt - er verkaufte ungeschliffene Steine vor dem update
* seems some "things have changed the merchant" --> dont imagine that this happens / scheint als ob manche DInge jetzt von anderen Händlern verkauft werden --> daran habe ich nicht gedacht

Startquests Cadomyr:
- Schmieden: Der Zwerg akzeptiert die gecrafteten 5 Nägel + Kelche nicht (man kann neu mit 0 Skill nur Eisenkelche machen, früher (jetzt auch?) wollte er Bronzekelche glaub ich.
- Ziegelmachen: Die Echse (Zssszszsirgendwas) gibt zum Ziegelmachen die Ziegelform, benötigt wird aber neu eine Zange. Dasselbe gilt für die Belohnung von Breror (?) im Torhaus für die Abgabe der 20 Ziegel.
- Torhaus Portalbücher: Will Flasche Traubensaft -> zumindest die Taverne hat diese nicht mehr (weiter hab ich aber zugegebenermassen noch nicht gekuckt)

... weiter bin ich noch nicht, evtl. folgt noch mehr ;)

I've found something strange. Coarse sand is for 1 silver when quartz sand is for 2 silvers. It's uncommon profit when one piece of coarse sand sieving takes 0,5 second. In other hand iron ingot is for 2 silvers when iron ore is for 1 and coal is for 1. There is no profit. I know buying from vendors and selling them back made item has still no profit.

I wish we had system where buying from players would give profit and would be great saving of time. And workers would earn same sum like crafters. Or similar. And character would not be selfmade factory.

Ich weiß jetzt nicht ob es schon gesagt wurde , aber ein neu angelegter Char bekommt immer noch Kochen und Backen als Grundskill .
Dieser kann bei einen neuen einloggen auch nicht geändert werden , zumindest kommt keine solche Frage wie bei meinen Alberich .
Auch bekommt er beim räuchern von Fischen Landwirtschaft als Skill was etwas verwirrend ist , zumindest für mich .

Es gäbe da noch etwas was ich mir wieder wünschen würde , weil es ganz einfach praktisch war .

Beim Schürfen nach Erzen und Kohle , war es vor dem Update möglich die Steine die man abbauen wollte direkt anzuklicken und das Schürfen hat begonnen .
Jetzt muss man sich wirklich in direkter Blickrichtung zum Stein hinstellen und die Spitzhacke benutzen . ( Durch Alt drücken und Zahlenblock benutzen um sich auszurichten )
Das ist bei mehreren unterschiedlichen Steinen die es zum bearbeiten gibt , etwas störend .

Das zu ändern , wenn möglich , wäre wirklich prima .

Das sollte angepasst werden finde ich. Die meiste leichte Rüstung besteht aus Leder und Kette.
Das ist nicht mal annähernd so schwer wie eine Vollplatten Rüstung

Mein Gedanke dazu wäre ja das man den jetzigen Rüstungsgewicht für die mittlere Rüstung macht, für die leichte man man sie 100 leichter
Für die schwere 50 schwerer
Oder so in etwa.

Viele Charaktere die leichte Rüstung tragen haben wenig Stärke. Durch den jetzigen Gewichtsgleichstand sind sie im gegensatz zu Krieger Charakteren somit mehr benachteiligt als vorher.
Ein Ungleichgewicht finde ich.
