I was just thinking about the amount of dungeons we have. It's great that we have quest lines for a number of the dungeons, but I was thinking maybe we could have two npc's outside the dungeons.
A bounty NPC (for hunting down certain enemy types within the dungeon)
A diplomacy/trade NPC (for supplying the dungeon)
I would not expect these npc's to have any ig effect, other than a repeatable quest that in turn provides content for players to return back to for rewards. Creates reason for groups to travel and dungeon delve, and use their piles of armors and weapons, to create trade. It would also give craftsmen things to do.
Just an idea.
If we got real fancy with it, perhaps completing the quests could impact spawn rate within the dungeon (if that is technically feasible), or impact favor of the gods, or any number of things.
