could there be a necromancy system in with the magic? like a necromancer can have his minions follow him and attack what he attacks, but his minions could break free an attack him? a limited numberof minions per level or they attack, or just anything similar. I think it would be great!

We've had spells to summon creatures before but i believe its a bit more difficult to create a 'pet' system. If at all possible it would take nearly as much effort and balancing as the general magic system, on its own. It would be more likely to be its own system in rather then just part of another.

Necromancy if ever implimented should be kept apart from the magic system..

for instance a necromancer should b more vulnerable than mages in health and other attributes..
as in the attribute level needed for learning necromancy should be the highest..
or else it would be like one player playing with two characters at the same time...

a necromancer must be forced to use his minions and other spells to guard him from death. to make it balanced.
imbuing weapons with Poison and such negatives effects could be given to him as part of crafting like potion making to Alchemy..
simple pets (loyal or harming) could be bound to other characters by necro mancy

Just a few ideas.. :D

Certainly not. Alchemy, magic, priests(, bards). There will be not other magical system whatsoever.
