Artimer Fault, supposedly acting privately as he was without written consent of his superiors required for diplomatic actions from his side, insulted the wisdom of Her Majesty in her very own palace by claiming to hand over the wanted Drathe by offering a fish with his name carved in, witnessed by the Royal Chancellor, Baron Ssar'ney, Novice Sirett and the Galmarian Jacob.
Consequently he had been accused of heresy by Baron Ssar'ney on the spot and was instructed not to leave the settlement until the Chosen One had passed judgement.
Councillor Tialdin however was able to quickly explain the situation, confirming the, up until then considered unlikely, claim of the offensive act not to be the work of the Galmarian councillor, but an order from the Don himself. Fault was allowed to pass the gates, the charge of heresy lifted from him (and, in theory, passed on to Valerio Guilianni).
The Chosen One and the High Houses will decide how to react upon this hefty insult and presumable declaration of war from Don Valerio Guilianni in time.
