Das Haus der Seeschlange verhandelte nie mit Ketzern oder Dämonen, und wird daran mit eiserner Hand festhalten. In Hinsicht des Kampfes gegen die Ketzerei gelten für das Dritte Haus jene in Gefangenschaft der Unreinen als bereits tot.
The House of the Sea Serpent never negotiated with heretics or demons, nor shall it in the time to come. For the purpose of the fight against Heresy, the Third House considers those captured by the impure as already dead.

Negotiation grants leverage and authority. The members of the House by choice stand ready to deny each to the impure, and pay the cost. While there have been and will be, operations of the House aiming at freeing prisoners from heretics, it will not bow to rules set up by the enemy. As of such, it will also not allow the enemy to seed doubt between the Noble Houses. Despite superficial differences in procedure between the Houses, the House of the Desert Fox does have the unconditional support of the House of the Sea Serpent for as long as the self proclaimed kings threaten the Realm.
Verhandlung gewährt Einfluss und Autorität. Die Miglieder des Hauses stehen willens bereit den Unreinen beides zu verweigern, und den Preis dafür zu zahlen. Auch wenn es Einsätze des Hauses gab und geben wird um Gefangene der Ketzer zu befreien wird sich das Haus keinen Regeln der Feindseite unterwerfen. Dementsprechend verweigert es sich ebenso dem Keil, welchen die Ketzer versuchen zwischen die Häuser zu treiben. So lange die selbst ernannten Ketzerkönige das Reich bedrohen hat das Haus des Wüstenfuches entgegen oberflächlicher Unterschiede in Vorgehensweise die bedingungslose Unterstützung des Hauses der Seeschlange.

In Anbetracht der gegebenen Informationen verkündet der Graf Tempelkrieger bei Recht des Adels die folgenden, lang fälligen Richtsprüche:
Considering the information at hand, by the right of Nobility the Count Templewarrior speaks the following, long overdue sentences:

• Craig Winzer is found guilty of supplying heretics, necromancy and assaults against the Realm and its people.
• Hew Keenaxe is found guilty of repeated assaults on citicens of the Realm as well as allegiance with the self proclaimed heretic kings.

• Craig Winzer ist der Belieferung von Ketzern, Totenbeschwörern und Angreifern des Reiches und seines Volkes für schuldig befunden.
• Hew Keenaxe ist der Gefolgschaft der selbsternannten Ketzerkönige und des wiederholten Angriffes auf Reichsbürger für Schuldig befunden.

Beide sind als Strafe gehäutet der Gnade Tanoras Ozeanen auszusetzen. Sollten sie auf neutralen- oder Grund Cadomyrs aufgefunden werden sind sie (nicht notwendig lebend) festzusetzen und der Reichsführung zu überantworten.
Both are sentenced to be given to the mercy of Tanoras oceans after having been flayed. If found on ground Cadomyrian or neutral, they are to be captured (not nececarrily alive) and handed to the Realms authorities.

Feind des Hauses - Enemy of the House
For his continuous attacks on the Third House Hew Keenaxe is now listed as named Enemy of the House of the Sea Serpent. As of such, slaying him (as any Enemy of a Noble House) on ground Cadomyrian or neutral is without legal repercussion from the Realm, for as long as no Noble House formally grants protection of the individual in question.
Auf Grund seiner wiederholten Angriffe auf das Dritte Haus wird Hew Keenaxe von nun an als Feind des Hauses der Seeschlange geführt. In Folge dessen mag er (wie ein jeder Feind der edlen Häuser) auf neutralem- oder Grund Cadomyrs ohne rechtliche Belangung von Seitens des Reiches erschlagen werden, so lange bis eines der edlen Häuser formell dem Individum in Frage Schutz gewährt.

Das Haus der Seeschlange ermutigt zur Teilnahme und ist, da die Bedrohung der Ketzerei gegen die Siedlungen weiter besteht, willens all jene zu unterrichten welche mit festem Glauben gegen die Verderbnis stehen.
The House of the Sea Serpent encourages participation and, as the threat of heresy against all settlements remain, is willing to teach all standing with firm faith against the impure.

As a side note the House wishes to comment that despite repeatedly declaring their supposedly good intentions towards Galmair, the heretic self proclamined kings and their minions continue to assault indiscriminately of allegiance. The heretics last announcement of keeping peace with Galmair held up not even for the day until it was broken by them themselves.
Als Randnotiz möchte das Haus darauf hinweisen, dass die selbst ernannten Ketzerkönige trotz ihrer wiederholt angeblich friedlichen Einstellung gegenüber Galmair ihre Angriffe ohne Rücksicht auf Herkunft durchführen. Der Ketzer letzte Bekanntmachung des Friedens gegenüber Galmairs überstand nicht einmal den Tag bis er von ihnen selbst gebrochen wurde.

Tod von Novize Finstersee - Death of Novice Finstersee
Das Haus der Seeschlange trauert ob des Todes von Novize Finstersee durch die Hände der Ketzer. Auch wenn es seinen Mitgliedern bewusst ist und war, dass der Kampf für die Götter nicht ohne Verlust und Schmert ist, wird es diesen Kampf mit gestärkter Leidenschaft fortführen. Der Tod eines jeden Mitglied wird um ein zehnfaches verolten. Das Haus händigte auch einhuntert Goldmünzen an die Reichskasse um die Kampfkraft des Reiches zu stärken.
The House of the Sea Serpent mourns the death of Novice Finstersee at the hands of the heretics. While its members are and were well aware that the fight for the Gods is not without loss or pain, they will continue it with strengthened passion. The death of each member mourned will be avenged tenfold. The House also handed one hundred coins of gold to the Realms treasury to raise the Realms offensive abilities.

Fischtag - Fish Day
The 5th Malas of this cycle is hereby declared Fish Day by the Count Templewarrior. At this day the House of the Sea Serpent will hand out three fishes to every citizen of the Realm. One for the Goddess Tanora, one for the Realms patron Ushak-Skath and one for the Chosen of the Goddess, Her Majesty Rosaline Edwards. The Third House encourages to spend the day resting with friends and prayer in thankful contemplation of the respectable Gods and their plentiful blessings.
Der fünfte Malas dieses Zyklus ist hiermit vom Grafen Tempelkrieger zum Fischtag erklärt. An jenem Tage wird das Haus der Seeschlange drei Fische an jeden Reichsbürger ausgeben. Einen für die Göttin Tanora, einen für den Reichspatron Ushak-Skath und einen für die Erwählte der Göttin, Ihre Majestät Rosaline Edwards. Das Dritte Haus ermutigt den Tag in Ruhe zusammen mit Freunden im Gebet und dankbarer Besinnung der zahlreichen Segen der respektablen Götter zu verbringen.

Das Haus der Seeschlange wird die Palme des Marktplatzes zu jener Gelegenheit mit Fischen dekorieren und ein jeder ist eingeladen sich mit dort zu versammeln um frommem Geschichten und Legenden zu lauschen oder vielleicht selber welche zum Besten zu geben.
The House of the Sea Serpent will decorate the palmtree of the market place with fishes for the occasion and everyone is invited to gather there to listen to pious stories and legends, or even tell one themselves.

Zusammenkunft und Drill - Gathering and Drill
The weekly gathering of the house will take place at the 11th of Eldas in stead of the regular date. Also differing from the usual scheudule this weekls arms practice will be hold a formation drill in front of the gates, followed by an expedition against the rebelling vassal of the Realm, Hammerfell.
Die Wöchentliche Zusammenkunft wird am elfter Eldas anstatt des üblichen Zeitpunkts stattfinden. Ebenso wird die darauf folgende Waffenübung dieser Woche ein Formationsdrill vor den Toren, gefolgt von einer Expedition gegen den rebellierenden Reichsvasallen Hammerfell sein.

At the late morning of the 17th of Adras the House of the Sea Serpent will hold the funeral of Rosea Finstersee who died at the hand of the self proclaimed heretic kings. Guests may gather at the given time in front of the palace, from where the coffin will be carried to the location of the burial.
Das Haus der Seeschlange wird am späten Morgen des 17. Adras die durch die Hand der selbsternannten Ketzerkönige gefallene Rosea Finstersee beerdigen. Gäste mögen sich zu gegebenen Zeit vor dem Palast einfinden, von wo der Sarg zum Ort der Beisetzung getragen wird.

The House of the Sea Serpent is sad to report Bernie Bottoms, outlaw and former counsellor of Gamair, to have aided Jefferson Gray, heretic and Enemy to both advisory Houses to the Chosen One, in battle by attacking Hunter Sefja while she was fighting the heretic. He furthermore repeatedly insulted the honour of the Cadomyrian Nobility and denounced the Goddess, for which he was sentenced on the spot and struck down. As of this the House of the Sea Serpent strongly discourages the faithful to do business with him and the Guild calling itself "The Farmer's Market".

He is also named Enemy of the Third House and thus may legally be struck down by anyone on ground neutral or Cadomyrian until the enemyship is revoked or another Noble House decides to take responsibility for his actions by formally protecting him.

On another note, the House of the Sea Serpent wishes to thank Uhuru Pryler, Groz, Caswir Drakull, Banduk Robberhauf el Luatselay and Leomar Gesse for taking up arms and assisting in the latest battle against heresy. Which needless to say ended victorious for the Third House with the Count Templewarrior chasing the wounded Gray off into the depths of the dragons den south-west of Runewick.

Claim of Succession: Zyathis - Anspruch der Nachkommenschaft: Zyathis
With Count Ssar'ney being the highest ranking member remaining, the House of the Sea Serpent hereby claims the right of succession to the organisation and area formerly known as the Holy Land of Zyathis. As old Zyathis is now securely in the embrace of the Goddess, its temple and surrounding waters shall from now on be referred to as the Holy Waters of Zyathis and from now on be formally considered part of the Realm of Cadomyr. The House of the Sea Serpent has secured the majority of the scriptures of old from the sunken temple and transferred them to the archive of the Third House. While the old laws of Zyathis will not be reinstated for the House, its scholars shall study and learn from the wisdom of old to apply it to the modern society of Cadomyr.
Mit Graf Ssar'ney als höchsten verbleibendem Mitglied beansprucht das Haus der Seeschlange hiermit die rechte Nachfolge der Organisation und des Areals welche zuvor als Heiliges Land Zyathis bekannt war. Da das alte Zyathis nun sicher in den Armen der Göttin befindet, sei sein Tempel und die umliegenden Wasser von nun an Heilige Wasser Zyathis zu nennen und als Teil des Cadomyrischen Reiches anzusehen. Das Haus der Seeschlange hat den Großteil der alten Schriften aus dem gesunkenen Tempel geborgen und sie in das Archiv des Dritten Hauses überführt. Obschon die alten Gesetze Zyathis' für das Haus nicht übernommen werden, werden die Gelehrten des Hauses die Weisheit der Alten studieren um sie für die moderne Gesellschaft Cadomyrs anzuwenden.

Das Haus der Seeschlange gewährt der ehemaligen Führung Zyathis das Recht diesen Anspruch bis zum Ende des Zyklus anzufechten.
The House of the Sea Serpent is granting the former leadership of Zyathis the right to challenge this claim until the end of the cycle.

Cleansing the Ranks - Reinigen der Ränge
Tak'Zel is hereby expelled from the Civillians of Zyathis for taking up arms against the Godsgiven will of the Chosen of the Goddess.
Tak'Zel ist hiermit auf Grund seiner Entscheidung gegen die Göttergegebene Ordnung der Erwählten der Göttin zu streiten von den Zvilisten Zyathis' ausgestoßen.


New Structure of Rank - Neue Rangstruktur
Die Ranksturktur des Hauses der Seeschlange wurde im Sinne der Besprechungen der vergangenen Zusammenkünfte des Hauses geändert. Die neue Struktur vom höchsten zum niedrigsten Rang ist wie folgt:
The rank structure of the House of the Sea Serpent has been changed in accordance to the discussions of the previous gatherings of the House. The new structure from rank highest to lowest is as follows:

High-Templar / Hohentempler
The head and leader of the Noble House of the Sea Serpent. For as long as the House holds a seat in the Noble council of the Chosen One, the one holding that seat is the High-Templar.
Der Kopf und Anführer des edlen Hauses der Seeschlange. So lange das Haus einen der edlen Sitze des Rates der Erwählten inne hat, ist Hohentempler wer diesen Sitz hält.

Templars and Priests / Templer und Priester
Individuals having proven themselves by bringing forth a miracle of the Gods or deeds crucial to the continued existence of the House of the Sea Serpent. The ranks of Templars and Priests are named individually according to background, faith, personality and of course the divine intervention rising them to their rank. Templars and Priests take over command of the House in case of absence of the High-Templar.
Individuen welche ein Wunder der Götter oder eine für das fortbestehen des Hauses ausschlaggebene Tat vorzuweisen haben. Die Ränge von Templern und Priestern sind entsprechend nach Hintergrund, Glaube, Persönlichkeit und natürlich der göttlichen Invervention welche sie befördert hat, individuell benannt. Templer und Priester übernehmen die Befehlsgewalt des Hauses im Falle der Abewesenheit des Hohentemplers.

Guardians / Wächter
Lehrer und Vorbilder für Tugend und Disziplin. Von Wächtern wird erwartet, dass sie einen Schüler wählen und mit mindestens einer Lektion im Zwergenmonat unterrichten. Sollte ein Wächter zwei Zwergenmonate in Folge versäumen einen Schüler zu unterrichten, verliert der Wächter seinen Rang. Wächter haben formell nie mehr als einen Schüler auf einmal und sind rechtlich für einjede Tat des Schülers verantwortlich. Im Gegenzug ist die Befehlsgewalt des Wächters gegenüber des Schülers absolut und es steht dem Wächter frei Schüler zu wählen und entlassen wie es ihm beliebt.
Teachers and examples of virtue and discipline. Guardians are expected to select and teach one pupil with at least one lesson every dwarven month. Should a Guardian fail in providing a pupil with a lesson two dwarven months in a row, they loose their status as Guardian. Guardians may only have one formal pupil at a time and are legally responsible for any action of their pupil. In turn the command of the Guardian over his pupil is absolute and they are free to choose and release their pupil at will.

Hunters / Jäger
The backbone of the House of the Sea Serpent. Hunters are loyal individuals that have proven capable in their field of expertise, which not necessarily needs to include hunting.
Das Rückrat des Hauses der Seeschlange. Jäger sind loyale Individuen welche ihre Kompetenz in ihrem Tätigkeitsgebiet, welches nicht zwingend Jagen beinhalten muss, bewiesen haben.

Jäger welche viele Jahre devot ihren Dienst für das Haus taten erhalten einen speziellen Rang, welcher über den regulären Jägern liegt. Dieser Rang ist ähnlich der der Templer und Priester individuell nach Aufgabengebiet, Persönlichkeit und womöglich der bevorzugten Beute benannt.
Hunters who have devoutly served the House for many years recieve an unique rank considered senior of the regular Hunters. This rank is, similar to those of Templars and Priests, named individually, according to tasks, personality and possibly favoured prey.

Novices / Novizen
Novices are new members to the House of the Sea Serpent that are yet to prove themselves. Novices are assisted in their tasks for House and Realm by the other members, or even taken as pupil by a Guardian.
Novizen sind neue Mitglieder des Hauses der Seeschlange, welche sich noch beweisen müssen. Novizen erhalten in ihren Aufgaben für Haus und Reich Unterstützung der anderen Mitglieder, oder werden von einem Wächer als Schüler erwählt.

Aspirants / Aspiranten
Jene welche dem Haus beitreten möchten können von einjedem Mitglied zum Aspirant ernannt werden. Wenn sie nicht von dem erwählten Pfad abweichen und zumindest ein Mitglied des Hauses bei einer Zusammenkunft des Hauses für sie bürgt, wird die Führung des Hauses sie an dem Schrein ihrer Hauptgottheit zum Novizen initiieren.
Those wishing to join the House may be named Aspirants by any member of the House. If they stray not from their intent and at least one member of the House vouches for them at a gathering of the House, the leadership of the House will initiate them to the rank of Novice at the shire of their main deity.

Civillians of Zyathis / Zivilisten Zyathis'
Old members of the former Holy Land of Zyathis, who are now scattered over the vast oceans of the Goddess. While not formally members of the House, they may fully join the House of the Sea Serpent with the rank of Hunter once they become a citizen of Cadomyr.
Alte Mitglieder des ehemaligen Heiligen Landes von Zyathis die nun über die Weiten der Ozeane der Göttin zerstreut sind. Obschon formell keine Mitglieder des Hauses, mögen sie dem Haus der Seeschlange vollständig als Jäger beitreten, sobald sie Bürger Cadomyrs werden.

As many will already have noticed a partial return of magic for wands, the House of the Sea Serpent has positioned itself on the matter:

The House of the Sea Serpent considers lizards choosing the path of magic over the path of priesthood heresy. With one only being able to pursue one mystical path at at time, initiation to the patch of magic cuts off the ability to be an alchemist, and more importantly, priest of Tanora. By tradition of the Holy Waters of Zyathis every lizard magician is someone openly spitting into the face of the grand Goddess by refusing to become a beacon of Her will. For the time being, the House of the Sea Serpent will not openly hunt these heretics, but will push forward laws and agreements to do so in the future.
Das Haus der Seeschlangen befindet Echsen, welche den Pfad der Magie über den Pfad der Priesterschaft wählen, als Ketzer. Da es nur möglich ist auf einen der mystischen Pfade auf einmal zu wandeln verweigert die Initiation als Magier die Möglichkeit der Betätigung als Alchemist oder insbesondere Priester Tanoras. Nach Tradition der Heiligen Wasser Zyathis' spuckt jeder Echsenmagier durch die Weigerung ein Leuchtfeuer Ihres Willens zu werden in das Angesicht der großen Göttin. Bis auf Weiteres wird das Haus der Seeschlange solche Ketzer nicht offen jagen, allerdings wird es Gesetze und Verhandlungen voranbringen um dies in der Zukunft zu tun.

With the blessing of the Chosen One the House of the Sea Serpent now uses newly built tower of the former gatehouse as their headquaters, similar as to how the House of the Desert Fox uses Villa Rosaline as the base of their operations. By wish of the Chosen One it does pay the same rent as the House of the Desert Fox.

Several months back the House of the Sea Serpent has completed the task bestowed upon it by the Chosen One to provide food for Her citizens for one cycle. Upon wish of the Chosen One the Third House will continue the task for another cycle, beginning with the next arms practice.
Bereits vor einigen Monaten hat das Haus der Seeschlagnge die Aufgabe erfüllt, welche von der Erwählten der Göttin aufgetragen wurde, über einen Zylkus Nahrung an die Bürger des Reiches zu verteilen. The House of the Sea Serpent does hereby enter combat readyness until further notice. Every member of the House is to keep their combat equipment close so they are ready for field battle by the count of sixty, no matter the time or place.

The Galmarian orc Sarangerel is hereby banned from the settlement of Cadomyr until the end of the current month of Tanos for threatening travellers in the settlement of the Realm. Worried about recent publications and the choice of friends by the Fifth House, the House of the Sea Serpent does herby revoke its formal support, which in part has been unconditional, to the House of the Desert Fox.

The House of the Sea Serpent also wishes to remind of two things:

• Her Majesty Rosaline Edwards of Cadomyr, Chosen of the Goddess, had found the claim of Royalty for the former self proclaimed Kingdom of Silverbrand to be naugt to the Realm of Cadomyr. Royalty is granted by bloodline and the will of the Gods, not proclaimed by mortals, so the words of the Chosen One. Thus, by the word of the Chosen one Silverbrand has not been a Kingdom, neither were there kinghoods for its leaders.
• After a noetably mild sentence by the Cadomyrian Nobility Uhuru Pryler proclaimed her family to never again assist the Realm of Cadomyr in front of plenty of witnesses, it even was noted in the public paper of the sentence. This makes her either one refusing to assist the Realm in any way or one to break her word. The House of the Sea Serpent does not look favourable upon either.

The House of the Sea Serpent also requests the remaining debt of the Desert Fox to the Sea Serpent to be paid.

Kommandant
The Kommandant, usually a Noble, is the highest commanding instance.
The Kommandant moves independently, names and commands the Pivots.
In case of a large army, the commander can name Sub-Kommandanten to delegate his tasks.
The Kommandant never directly commands the troops. This is the task of the Pivots.

The Pivot is the centre and command of a Trupp.

The Pivot does coordinate the Trupps cohesion, movement and attacks.

The Galmarian orc Sarangerel is banished for a further threeday for needlessly delaying the departure of forces to the battle of Letma and unjustly questioning the honour and judgement of the House of the Sea Serpent.
Should there be objections to sentences made by the Count High-Templar one may turn to other Cadomyrian Nobles, as they have the right to bring these objections forth to bring the cases to the Royal Court.

Sarangerel should know better than to question the reasoning and rightfulness of being thrown out of the settlement for insulting a knight of the Realm and unrightfully demanding a Cadomyrian duel among non-Cadomyrians for a foreign affair.
Especially when that foreign affair is insignificant as Sarangerels claim of attempted assasination by the means of an ordinary wasp. A Cadomyrian child can fend off such an insect.
As far as the House of the Sea Serpent is concerned accusations against deeds done by Runewickians on ground within the Runewickian sphere of influence with no Cadomyrian involved are to be brought before Runewickian justice.

The House of the Sea Serpent has paid rent for the Serpent Tower twelve and a half years in advance, eight hundred coins of gold in total. By the will of the Chosen One the coin given has been split and equally given to the Noble Houses of Cadomyr to be put to use of the good of the Realm.

The House of the Sea Serpent will host two small traditional Cadomyrian competitions in the upcoming threeweeks. Prices will be items gifted by Lennier, former Grandmaser of the Grey Rose, and well as trinkets taken from the treasury of the Third House. The House will NOT touch its share of the rent for these events.

Kleines Turnier der Schützen - Small Tourney of Archers
The House of the Sea Serpent will hold the fifth tourney of archers at the late morning of the 6th of Bras. The procedure will be equal to the last tourney oft he same manner held by the House. The shooting match will, just as last time, take place in the practice hall. There will be three rounds. Each attendee may repeat their shot once each round, although the second shot overrules the first. Every attendee may bring their own bow and munition to the competition. The attendee with the most rounds won wins the shooting match. In case of a tie, a fourth round between the best archers will determine the victor.

Bardenwettstreit - Contest of Bards
Dieser Wettkampf, stattfindend exakt eine Dreiwoche nach dem kleinen Turnier der Schützen am dritten Eldas, steht allen Besuchern offen. Einjede Form der Musik, sei sie in gesungen in Alt oder Neu, gespielt auf einem Instrument oder gar von einem Tanze begleitet ist erlaubt. Es ist gestattet Gruppen zu formen, welche dann als einzelner Teilnehmer zählen. Jeder nicht teilnehmende Anwesende erhält ein farbiges Band, welches dem Barden mit der seiner Meinung nach besten Darstellung geschenkt werden darf. Der Teilnehmer mit den meisten geschenkten Bändern gewinnt. Im Falle eines Gleichstandes teilen sich die Teilnehmer mit den meisen Bändern den Preis des Siegers. Stattfinden wird der Wettkampf in der Taverne des Reiches.

This contest, taking place excacly one threeweek after the Small Tourney of Archers at the third of Eldas, is open to any visitor present. Any form of music, be it sung in Old or New, played with an instrument or accompanied by a dance may be played. It is allowed to form groups, which will be considered a single contestant. All non competing visitors will be given one coloured ribbon at the beginning, which may be bestowed upon the contestant displaying the best performance by the judgement of each spectator. The contestant with the most bestowed ribbons wins. In case of a tie, all contestants with the most ribbons share the winners prize. Place of the contest will be the tavern of the Realm.

The time of preparation for participants in the competition of wand magic has been somewhat short while there were was sizeable (even if too late) resonace with the idea. Thus, it will be held proper as its own event at the highest sun of the 15th of Findos in the practice hall of the Realm.
Die Vorbereitungszeit für Teilnehmer des Wettkampfes der Stabmagie kam etwas kurz. Dennoch gab es es nennenswerte (wenn auch zu späte) Resonanz mit der Idee. Daher wir der Wettkampf nun gebührlich losgelöst als eigenes Ereignis zur höchsten Sonne des 15. Findos in der Übungshalle des Reiches stattfinden.

Die Regeln bleiben identisch zu denen des Turniers der Schützen, nur dass hier magische Stäbe anstatt von Bögen zu verwenden sind.

Rolls will, as always, be done in Roll20.net . The rolls will be 2d100 and need to be lower or equal to the characters (skill+wand level) to suceed. Highest suceeding roll wins the round, unless there is a critical hit. In case of one or more cricical hits, the highest cricial hit wins the round.
Magic is chaotic and never truly deterministic, so there are crits: Rolling two equal dice is considered a critical hit. A critical hit always succeeds (no matter skill or wand level).

Bezüglich des Todes von Feind Gray - Regarding the Death of Enemy Gray
Wie das Haus des Wüstenfuchses bereits bekanntgab wurde Feind Gray erschlagen. In Folge eines Angriffes auf die Gegend des cadomyrischen Teleporters fand ein mittlerweile routinemäßiger Kampf mit anschließender Jagd statt. Die Jagdgruppe, bestehend aus Cain aus Galmair, Lafadiel und K'shire des Wüstenfuches und Sefja und Ssar'ney der Seeschlange, setzte den Feind auf einer der Inseln Letmas (der gewählte Ruckzugsort des Feindes) fest und erschlugen es. Die Kreatur wurde kurz darauf offen sichtbar vor der Hanfschlinge geköpft.
As the House of the Desert Fox already published, Enemy Gray has been sain. After it attacking the area of the Cadomyrian teleporter a now routinely battle and hunt ensued. Eventually the hunting group, consisting of Cain from Galmair, Lafadiel and K'shire of the Desert Fox and Sefja and Ssar'ney of the Sea Serpent, trapped the Enemy on one of Letmas islands (an area the Enemy chose as a place of retreat) and struck it down. Soon afterwards the creature was beheaded in front of the Hemptie Neck.

The House of the Desert Fox took the creatures armour for examination and the House of the Sea Serpent sank the beheaded body, chained to a boulder on the open sea. The later has the whole ships crew as witnesses, should there be any doubt to the proceedings or the (aside from the wounds from combat, beheading and armour removal untouched) state of the slain creatures body.
Das Haus des Wüstenfuches nahm die Rüstung der Kreatur zur Untersuchung und das Haus der Seeschlange versenkte den geköpften Körper, an einen Felsen gekettet, auf offener See. Letzteres hat die gesamte Mannschaft des Schiffes als Zeugen, sollte es irgendwelche Zweifel an Vorgehen oder dem (abgesehen von Kampfwunden, dem abgetrennten Kopf und den Wunden in Folge des Entfernen der Rüstung, unversehrten) Zustand des Körpers der erschlagenen Kreatur geben.

Als derjenige der den entscheidenden Schlag (oder eher Bombenwurf) durchführte und die Kreatur darauf köpfte ist Huskarl Sefja damit beauftragt den abgetrennten Kopf der Erwählten zu präsentieren und darauf auf einen Spieß auf den Wällen zu platzieren.
As the one dealing the decisive blow (or rather bomb throw) and beheading the creature afterwards, Huskarl Sefja is tasked with presenting the severed head to the Chosen One and putting it on a pike on the walls afterwards.

The House of the Sea Serpent is aware of the capeabilities of the demons it does battle. What is death to a mortal shell is a wound to most creatures of Grays like. Thus, it stands ready to fight again should the creature dare to return to this world.
Das Haus der Seeschlange ist der Fähigkeiten der Dämonen welches es bekämpft bewusst. Was für eine sterbliche Hülle der Tod ist, ist für die meisten Kreaturen von Grays Schlag nur eine Wunde. Daher steht das Haus zum Kampfe bereit, sollte die Kreatur es wagen in diese Welt zurückzukehren.

For executing the decisive bomb throw to strike down Enemy Gray, Sefja was raised into the ranks of the Houses templars. From now one she may be adressed as "Huskarl".
Für den entscheidenden Bombenwurf zur Niederstreckung von Feind Gray wurde Sefja in die Templer des Hauses der Seeschlange unter dem Hohentempler aufgenommen. Von nun an mag sie als "Huskarl" angesprochen werden.

In Anbetracht seiner Unterstützung des Hauses wie frommen Fremden, als auch dem Tode des Grundes seines Exils, zeigt das Haus der Seeschalnge Gnade und hebt das Exil von dem ehemaligen Mitglied Alberich auf. Er mag nun wieder wie einjeder Andere die Tore des Reiches passieren.
Considering his assistance to the House and foreign faithful, as well as the death of the reason of his exile, the House of the Sea Serpent grants mercy to its former member Alberich and lifts his exile. He may now again enter the gates of Cadomyr as any other individual.

While the House of the Sea Serpent does warmly embrace those mourning for the fallen of the House, it has no tolerance to unauthorized building activity in the Realm. If a permanent change to the lands of the Chosen One is made, it has to be with the blessing of the Houses involved, which in most cases will be granted without unnecessary bureaucracy. However, someone did put up a gravestone on the resting place of Novice Finsteresee of the House of the Sea Serpent without going through the proper channels while the House itself had already prepared one.
Obschon das Haus der Seeschlange mit sanfter Wärme die Trauernden um seine Gefallenen in sein Herz schließt, hat es keine Toleranz gegenüber unautorisierter Bauaktivität auf Boden des Reiches. So permanente Änderungen zu den Landen der Erwählten der Göttin vorgenommen werden, hat dies mit dem Segen der involvierten Häuser zu geschehen, welcher in der Regel ohne unnötige Bürokratie gewährt wird. Jedoch errichtete jemand einen Grabstein auf dem Ruheplatz von Novize Finstersee vom Hause der Seeschlange ohne dabei die entsprechenden Autoritäten zu informieren, obschon das Haus bereits einen Grabstein vorbereitet hatte.

Derjenige, der den Grabstein für Novize Finstersee errichtete hat bis zum Ende des Jahres um ihn zu entfernen, so dass der Stein des Hauses dort platziert werden mag. Falls dies versäumt wird, tauscht das Haus die Steine selbst und die Person welche illegal den ersten Stein errichtete wird mit einer Strafe von fünf tausend Steinen in der Gefängnismine belegt.
Whoever put up the gravestone for Novice Finstersee of the House of the Sea Serpent is granted until the end of the year to remove it, so that the one prepared by the House can be placed there. If not, the House will exchange it itself and the person having illegally put up the first stone be fined five thousand stones in the prison mine.

Reichsbürger Acerd wurde der Gefolgschaft von, oder Bessessenheit durch, Dämonen für schuldig befunden, da heiliges Wasser verpuffte als es über ihn geschüttet wurde. Er wurde für sein Vergehen niedergeschlagen.
Sollte er überlebt haben mag er die Siedlung wieder betreten sobald er bewiesen hat frei von dämonischem Einfluss zu sein.

Citicen of the Realm Acerd has been found guilty of allegiance with or being possessed by demons, as holy water evaporated when being poured over his head. He has been struck down for his offence.

The individual known as Acerd is from now on to be slain on sight if found on Cadomyrian or neutral ground for publishing outright false information regarding the defence of the Realm and cooperating with the undead invaders.
Different to the published claims it was struck down for holy water evaporating upon touching him, not for holding the gates of the Realm. Encouraging them to be left open or undefended will not be tolerated.

Entgegen der publizierten Behauptungen wurde es niedergeschlagen weil heiliges Wasser auf Berührung mit ihm verpuffte, nicht weil es die Tore des Reiches hielt. Ermutigungen diese offen oder unverteidigt zu lassen werden nicht toleriert.

Sollte das als Acerd bekannte Individum die Publikationen in Frage entfernen und seine Unschuld in der Beteiligung an diesen beweisen, wird es für dieses Vergehen freigesprochen und erhält eine Kompensation von 25 Goldstücken.

With this and the pamphlets at the bridges removed, the House of the Sea Serpent considers the individual named Acerd to be innocent in the respecitve regard. Thus, Acerd may turn to the High-Templar for his compensation of 25 coins of gold.
Hiermit, wie der Entfernung der Pamphlete an den Brücken, befindet das Haus der Seeschlange das Acerd genannte Individum in dem entsprechendem Fall für unschuldig. Daher möge sich Acerd sich an den Grafen für die vom Haus gewährte Entschädigung von 25 Goldstücken wenden.

Es ist sicherlich nicht zu viel verlangt, wenn das Haus dennoch eine gute Erklärung erwartet, die erläutert weshalb Acerd eine arglose Gruppe mit Mitgliedern aller beratenden Edlen Häuser in die Tiefen Letmas lockte. Das Haus der Seeschlange ist insbesondere daran interessiert, wie Acerd diese Passage erlangte und weshalb solch Schwachtelle zum Herzen des Feindes nicht der Cadomyrischen Führung mitgeteilt wurde. Das Treffen Acerds mit dem Hohentempler dürfte eine vortreffliche Gelegenheit für eine detaillierte Darlegung sein.
However the House is surely not asking for too much when it still requests a good explanation as to why Acert lead a group of unsuspecting people, including members of all advising Noble Houses, into the depths of Letma. The House of the Sea Serpent is very intrested to hear how Acerd aquired such passage and why such an opening to the heart of the enemy was not shared with the Cadomyrian authorities. Acerd meeting the High-Templar should be a formidable opportunity for a detailed explanation.

*They are free to use their own judgement (which 'can', but need not, align with wishes of a Desert Fox commander) if no order from the Chosen One or the Sea Serpent is active. Should command be insisted upon, an exception can be granted by Count Ssar'ney. The initial formulation of this command has been different, it however did advise the very same procedure and logic as the current one.
The Law of Nobility does give the foremost weight of command (after the Chosen One) to the head of a House, making this move of the House legally sound.

The House of the Sea Serpent notes that successful changes to the Law of Cadomyr have always been presented to the Chosen One in unity by all Noble Houses.
Assaulting other Houses without legal justification and excluding them from aforementioned process is probably neither going to result in unity of the Realm nor bring a change of law.
Das Haus der Seeschlange merkt an, dass erfolgreiche Änderungen am Gesetz des Reiches jeher in Einigkeit von allen Edlen Häusern der Erwählten vorgebracht wurden.

The House of the Desert Fox made a statement I am feeling obliged to comment on:

Count Ssar'ney alone wrote the Law of Nobility and presented it to the Queen to be passed. It never received the approval of any other Noble so the Law of Nobility is effectively the Count's own law.

Two months prior to Lord K'shire joining the House of the Desert Fox Countess Annabeth of the House of the Desert Fox approved of the draft for the Law of Nobility in unity with Baron Ssar'ney of the House of the Sea Serpent. It then was brought forth to the Chosen One to be decided upon and being published by the Royal Counsillor. With delight and not without pride I am also noting to have been the one having written the original proposal.
To my humble knowledge the right of changing the past of ones House has not yet been given to the advisory Nobility of Cadomyr.
