The orcess named Sarangerel is hereby banned from the city of Cadomyr and shall be arrested if possible. The orcess is charged with threatening the life of our beloved Queen! In the dead of night the orcess and another armored companion stormed into the Queen's throneroom demanding an audience! Such behavior is both discourteous and a danger to the safety of our Queen! Any man or woman capable of bringing this orcess to justice is urged to do so in an honorable fashion! Show your honor and duty, adhere to the other factions laws and customs, but if possible drag this dishonorable orcess, alive, before guardsman Horatio!

I was there to hear it all, clear as a loud current, and so was a guardsman whose name I tried to catch to no avail. The armored companion in question was Erin Thorstar and I request that these demands do not apply to him. If anything he was trying to calm the orcess down.
