Rentals in Galmair
Rental agreements in Galmair are managed by the Left Hand, on behalf of the Don.
Invest well as a proportion of rental income goes towards town projects and upkeep.

Rental Agreements
Individuals renting property must hold Galmairian citizenship; should citizenship be revoked, tenure is forfeit.
The minimal rental period is three months.
The maximum rental period is at the discretion of the landlord or representatives.
Where a rental period encompasses Mas, a rental charge will not be made for that month.
Negotiation of rental fees is at the discretion of the landlord or representatives.
Late payment of rent will incur a fee at the discretion of the landlord or representatives.
Failure to pay rent will result in removal and loss of all belongings in the property.
Damage will incur reparative costs and an additional fee at the discretion of the landlord or representatives.
Each property comes with two keys; cutting of additional keys incurs a cost.
All keys must be returned at the end of tenure.
Loss of keys will incur a fee at the discretion of the landlord or representatives.
There will be no reimbursement of rental paid following forfeit of tenure.

Renovation and Decoration
Property must be rented for at least one year to be eligible for renovation or redecoration.
Plans must be agreed with the landlord or representatives.
Materials and costs will be negotiated with a reputable builder on behalf of individuals renting.
Full payment of materials and costs will be required before work commences.

Mieten in Galmair
Mietverträge werden durch die Linke Hand des Dons im Auftrage des Dons verwaltet.
Investiert großzügig, denn ein Teil der Mieteinnahmen kommt städtischen Projekten und der Infrastruktur zu Gute.

Mietverträge
Alle individuellen Mieter müssen die Galmairische Bürgerschaft besitzen; bei einem Entzug der Bürgerrechte werden auch sämtliche Mietverträge aufgelöst.
Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit für Mieten beträgt drei Monate.
Die maximale Vertragslaufzeit für Mieten obliegt dem Vermieter oder dessen Vertretern.
Wenn eine Mietperiode den Monat Mas beinhaltet, wird für diesen keine in Rechnung gestellt.
Preisverhandlungen der Mietpreise obliegen dem Vermieter oder dessen Vertretern.
Eine verzögerte Begleichung der Miete wird mit Mahngebühren geahndet, deren Höhe sich nach dem Vermieter oder dessen Vertretern richtet.
Ein Nichtzahlung der Miete resultiert in der Zwangsräumung des Mietobjekts und dem Verlust sämtlicher im Objekt befindlicher Besitztümer.
Schäden am Objekt ziehen Reparaturkosten nach sich, sowie ggf. zusätzliche Strafgebühren, die sich nach dem Vermieter oder dessen Vertretern richten.
Jedes Mietobjekt beinhaltet standardmäßig zwei Schlüssel; das Anfertigen weiterer Schlüssel kostet Gebühren.
Sämtliche Schlüssel müssen am Ende der Mietperiode zurückgegeben werden.
Ein Verlust der Schlüssel zieht Gebühren nach sich, die sich nach dem Vermieter oder dessen Vertretern richten.
Bei Vertragsverwirkung werden bereits geleistete Mietzahlungen nicht zurückerstattet.

Renovierungen und Dekoration
Mietobjekte müssen für einen Mindestzeitraum von 1 Jahr angemietet werden, um Renovierungen oder Dekorationen durchführen zu dürfen.
Sämtliche Pläne müssen mit dem Vermieter oder dessen Vertretern abgesprochen werden.
Material und Kosten müssen mit einem bekannten Baumeister für die Mieter abgesprochen werden.
Eine vollständige Begleichung der Material- und Baukosten muss vor den Arbeiten geleistet werden.
