A parchment pinned up near the teleporter

A dark skinned dwarf covered in stitched up wounds, carrying a parchment in hand walks up to the teleporter, pinning said parchment up nearby for anyones view.
Warning! Beware!
Do not go to Cadomyr!
Asking simple questions like "where is the toilet?" will lead to thugs, mostly lizardmen, attacking you in the streets and leaving you for dead!
The thugs can be recognized by their blue cloaks with snake insignia, and their attitude of not saying who they are before they attack.
