NOW HIRING!!

Galmair is seeking to employ an individual or individuals to clean the flats and the toilets. Those taking the job will be paid monthly in egg dishes, 14 per month in the case of more than one worker they share the pay. Hired individuals will be responsible for keeping vacant flats clean and free of vermin and in a constant rent-able state. This means cleaning them once a dwarven week. In addition the common area must be kept clean, and any recently vacated flats cleaned immediately. The status of these flats is kept in the Quartermasters log. A stooped over old man shuffles along leaning heavily on his walking stick, peering at each parchment before sticking his own up with a grumble about incompetent laggards.

Don't ye go near them flats! They are a death trap and need more than a good clean. My Mavis nearly broke her neck slippin' on the mud down there. They're more of a hazard than those filthy pits ye claim as toilets. Ye young'uns all want to be ashamed of yerselves!
