Any suspicious scrolls found sealed with any type of seals are to be handled with care..
They would be found laying around in the ground.
Do Not use them!!!
Just pick them up and deliver it to the next lively personnel of T.I.W. and the rest will be take care of.
Do not be alarmed but use caution when dealing with the scrolls
Under no circumstances is one supposed to open it

Banduk Robberhauf el Luastelay is hereby ordered as a loyal citizen of galmair to surrender the scroll that was found near the market place and which be in his possession currently.
This can be done to any and all loyal personnel of The Iron Watch, who then in turn should submit the above said scroll to the Commander.
Transfering and/or attempts to open this particular scroll in any other manner by anyone would be considered a punishable offense under the law of Galmair.
Any and all scrolls of similar attributes are subjected to confiscation.
