These requirements are subject to change at any time, as usual the Don has final say.
You must be a citizen of Galmair to rent. As soon as you leave the town you would forfeit the place you rent.
There is no refund, nor coin returned if you change your mind, leave town or whatever.
Fee is for three dwarfen months ahead of time. If no fee is received in one week of that time, your place can be auctioned.
If you feel you may not be around at that time, fee can be taken a little early.
No fee can be taken for the year. The Don likes to see his people busy and earning coin, if they aren't around their place may be auctioned.
Any place rented is automatically auctioned again after a dwarfen year. This is not to say you are not allowed to bid, but others may also bid.
The Don likes coin, the highest bid wins the place for the year on the provision all the above rules are met.
Other rules may be added at the Don's discretion.
Translation into the old language would be welcomed
The first of the auctions for places to rent in our fair city of Galmair will be in three dwarfen days ((Sunday)). The place offered on that day will be the fabulous, opulent Villa Goldvein. PS Cleaning will be done before rental but a security deposit, negotiable, is expected in case cleaning is neglected when you leave.

After the tunnel hearing in Galmair (( http://illarion.org/statistics/us_quests.php?id=284 )). The Villa Goldvein will be auctioned for the highest bidder for the privilege of renting this resort. All are welcomed to bid!

Der Don kann jederzeit andere Regeln hinzufügen.

There are a variety of colorful clothes and hats dangling from one of the depots along with ore, coal and carpentry items as if someone has hastily packed. A parchment is left at Villa Goldvein.
Cleaning and dusting of all Rentable places with a charge of 85 silver apiece, no extra added for the dirty flats, can be donated to the Don. I must go to the harbor and am not sure when I will return.

We need you home for awhile. Mama was out in the field planting some onions for our favorite dish and Bessie decided to eat a few of the greenery pulling out the onion seedlings. Your Mama ran to shoo her away and Bessie accidentally stepped on her foot. Don't worry, everyone is fine and Mama is resting in bed with her foot up but we could use the help.
