A huge man, with long deep red hair and mismatched eyes, one a calm green, the other a striking yellow, has been seen around town for some time. According to the census agent he is Registered as "Bob" any professions or relationships are unknown. He pays taxes and that appears to be the only thing needed by the census and collection offices.
