→Jerem, Which prices you be proposing are low ??
keep in mind that thizz be the price of goods sold in galmair itself..to galamairians themself..
there be a zzmall tax for everything imported or exported an also quality wise difference.. this be added now
(eg:a perfect Salkamaerian paladin helemt sold to a runewickan will amoount to 24.25 silvers then)
i be open to your knowledge and more suggestions if they be reasonable..
i think
* you´re selling prices for the smithed goods are 35% of the prices of the "static" merchants ......
* for things the price for the materials ( if you need to buy them ) are between 25 - 50 % of the selling price from the static merchants
so for some of the things - you´re selling price is below the buying price for the materials
that makes no sense for me
and why should i sell my wares only for 35% of the price from the "static" merchants ..... and often the quality of the wares i produce are better than the quality of the static merchants
Aye i concur that your reasoning be sound about me using 35% of Market merchant's price..
but there be %additions to it if you have read again thebottom of the list of price after me posted last..
everything including the quality and price of materials be added..
and i urge thee to make note that not all materials be bought.. and the list doesnt include anything made of special or rare items..
The lowering of prices be by the order of Mi'Lord Don to make available things to the citizens of galmair at cheap price,
with the price coming close to 50% of the market merchants in the case of selling perfect quality items to outsiders
The choice to sell your goods at different prices be your own... and the consequences your own too..
if these prices are the order of the Don .....
sell the wares for this price ....
....
not sure that the taxes income will increase
and
not sure that other crafters can & will sell wares for these prices - and please keep in mind not all crafters can earn there materials themself
( if i calculated right, not sure what kind of calculation you´re making, you can reach 45% of the static merchant price for a perfect thing as maximum - perfect quality + outside factions )
please be so kind an make clear how to calculate the price
we will see what happens
The Don has not ordered any prices. Why should he care about such details? The only thing he mentioned during the last hearing as far as I remeber was that he wants products produced in Galmair be sold as expensive as possible to the other towns, and products produced outside of Galmair be bought as cheap as possible. In regard to prices within Galmair, he did not say anything. So, any of you has his or her freedom to sell or buy his or her products at any price in Galmair if they are produced in Galmair. But keep in mind, if you harm the economy of Glamair, the Don is not delighted and you might have to face some adverse effects to your health.
And now, back to work!
On behalf of the Don,
~ Proctor Friedolin Brunsberg
**Zzrracck walks over to see the Proclamation of the proctor.. smiles looking pleased at being able to sell the way he chooses without further harassments of others.. starts making the list of prices for other things**
Thanks,
there was no information about the last meeting and what was talking about
now we know:
1) buy as cheap as possible from other towns
2) sell as expensive as possible from other towns
both rules are elementary rules for merchants and crafters.
And i never want to harm someone ...I´m a druid -
if i have harmed someone ... i only could say "Sorry"
