This dwarf Golbad has willfully slain helpless crafters in Galmiar and has become a public menace,he refuses to accept his
crimes so is now an enemy of all citizens of Galmair and will be hunted an slain if seen inside the walls.

We pertition the Don to have him banned from the town as he seriously disturbs the flow of trade an' profit making.
