The young elfess takes a deep breath. Inhaling and exhaling out to clam her nerves as she is still shaken from the sudden event. She looks down at the parchment in her in her hands as she places it on the board

Warning to all those who take their studies over in The Faculty of Nature and Alchemy.
I was in the Library area of the building early this morning. Upon my studies a man with brown hair with a straw hat on his head and wearing a yellow cape came up to me with friendly small talk. He made a comment about the book I was reading into and asked if he could join.

Of course, I said yes as I am not one to disincline persons who are interested to read with me. Afterwards when we were done reading the book, we where discussing on the information we had just read when all of a sudden he grabbed me by the throat and placed a dagger near it, asking me for money. I told him I did not have what he wanted and he then proceeded to dig the dagger into my throat telling me to hand him my bag. I told him that I had only herbs and that was the moment when he let go of it when he noticed Madeline was in the room and I called for help. The man tried to escape throw a portal. I followed him into it after the portal remained opened and it lead straight to Cadomyr.

I am not sure if he is a citizen of that town or a citizen here in Runewick.
I am to suspect he still wanders the land over near Cadomyr or inside it's walls. I pray for everyone to stay safe and not be as naive as I was..

you have my sympathy for what happend to you. Thanks to your detailed discription of the criminal and his action I am able to ask the officials of Cadomyr for help. I have informed the townguard to keep an eye on the street and look for this criminal. If we get him, would I ask you for a witness report in front of the court.

Salutations, Vitus.

I am most grateful for your kind words.
I am to hope and pray that this criminal pays for his crimes and I happily will be of witness soon when he is to be caught.
May his actions bring his capture.
