I saw the announcement that the market would be opened in twenty minutes at the Hemp Tie Inn. So I went there and found nobody. Then just a bit ago I saw that the market was closed and the stalls would be taken down. What did I do wrong? Was I supposed to reserve a place in the market ahead of time? I don't want to miss them in the future. Especially when I am in-game the whole time.

As far as I know the market events start/stop automatically (along with the stalls appearing and disappearing), and there's not always players around to attend them.

if i remember right

* every ig month at the 1. there is the "automatic" market at the Hempty
* the market takes 1 hour (3 or 4 times at this day - start and end with automatic messages)
* wait there - sometimes people visit the market (but sometimes not - depends on the number of ig persons and if they are interested in the market or not)
