I miss the Bounty Quest giver from Cadomyr, he isnt at its old place at the House of the desert fox. Is there a new place? Ran around in Casdomyr but didnt find it.

Yes the NPC is now near the palace entrance. The new walls in Cadomyr created too much shadows and hid the npc, why he was moved.
