Building projects are currently possible.

You'll have to provide the map (or find someone to do it for your) and get approval of an gm responsible for the area you want to build in for your mapchange. Building costs and weither quests with people working on the site are in order is determined on gm-side. Once ooc is settled you will need to convince the local authorities to support your characters cause ingame, gather the material (and possibly do building quests).

Currently, all building projects are initiated and handled by GMs. Most recent projects aimed at improving the map for all rather than small huts for individuals. It is indeed true that we will add a more automated method for housing one day. This will take a while, though. One issue that is not trivial about this is that we do not have a proper price list for houses. We will need prices for every piece of wall, furniture, carpet, door,… If you can help with such a list, you are more than welcome to support the team!

Would like a few pointers though.

- how would you like the price list to be? in terms of building materials or coins?
- should the price change for similar items but different in colour (like walls).
- any specific criteria/ideas that i should keep in mind while i do it?
