Alchemy

Hello,

I wanted to create an alchemist today, but to be honest, I had no idea what I was doing.. I felt even MORE helpless when I realized there is almost no information about these things on the forum.
All that I could find was the fact that you need Perception, Essence and Intelligence, but there is no mention of a minimum number. I created a char, found the alchemy giving item, but it said that I'm not good enough to become an alchemist.

Also.. do these attributes influence the quality of the potions, or you only need to hit a minimum cap and then it's all skill?

Perception + essence + intelligence has to be greater than 30.

The attribute influence to a small part also the quality.

We all have no idea when we start out on the alchemy craft, thats what makes it fun and challenging,
Its not in the slightest like anything else in the game.
