I've been turned into Flies!

So, I'm still relatively new to the game and just a few days ago, I was turned into a swarm of flies. I didn't know if this had happened before and if any of you knew how I could be changed back? I would really appreciate the help!

Tell me your character name and i'll turn you back into your normal race when you are IG again.
