Examining and Closely

Hello! Just a small clarification, that I oddly could not find anywhere else...
When you right click someone and only "Examine," does your character stare oddly at them? Or is this only when you examine closely?

Only when you examine them closely do they get the emote that they are stared at.

It says "You feel watched" when you just click on someone, though, doesn't it?
And shows "He seems to be staring at you" when he is examining you closely? :3

It's 'You feel watched' for closely, and you see 'he seems to be staring at you' or something above the character that is staring if you are quick enough to notice, but only 'you feel watched' in the chat window. If you just examine the person who is looked at get no message.
