There isn''t any official average prices for these items, it will require a bit of IG or Forum based research to find out what people sell for and how much to undercut them for. ^^ I would suggest looking on
http://illarion.org/community/forums/vi ... 51&t=34018 and use some of those prices as a base. Then just keep your ears and eyes open for other peoples selling prices and adjust as you need.

Another good tip I can give you - aside from checking the IG market...
Is finding out what NPCs sell those products. Selling them more than that, or less than what the NPCs buy for is useless.
