Level of fishing skill effects treasure map drop rate?

Nope.

Mummies and Maps are performed with a simple randomisation - skill is not taken into account.

Brick firing skill increases your work speed.

And Rekarafi - that's why there's a minimum age

So you'll have learnt breathing by now.
