I know this may sound like a silly thread, but bear with me!

List as many illa-professions as you can imagine characters to roleplay, doesn't have to be scripted/engine either. I'll start with a few.
Note: Profession, not class. (Warrior/Mage are not professions) Also try going in details, go for baker/butcher/etc.. rather than cook.
